I had to call again and was told we don't take your insurance for a CPAP. I asked for the results and Rx be sent to me so I could find another provider. I was told I could contact medical records. I received my CPAP from them after my diagnosis.when it came time to get a new replacement after 5 years I was told to fill out online information.After at least 6 attempts and the system freezing up I called them.Took forever to get a competent person to answer my needs. One star only because we can't give zero. When you're a hammer, everything looks like a nail. These tests seem to be geared to showing sleep problems and selling CPAP machines, not objective testing. Needless to say, we are deeply disappointed with this service. The at-home test arrived just fine, and the instructions were clear, but it was the actual testing and results that were the problem. My son did the test for an employment-related reason. The key issues seem to be: 1. Bed time & Wake up logs: These were completely off by about 3-4 hours each side. My son (the test taker) went to bed about midnight and woke up at about 8:30 am. He put the equipment on at about 11:30 or so. However, the test logs showed him starting the test at 8:30 pm and getting up at 2:00 am. Clearly, something was wrong there. Further, the recording date was incorrect. 2. Body Weigh/BMI: They got this number entirely wrong; he is a big, strong young man, 6'2" and just over 200 lbs, but they had his BMI at 30. We checked with his doctor and his calculation was 26. 3. Fit and Function: The nose plugs, hoses, and finger monitors came out and were disconnected for most of the night. It also said that he snored for about 25% of the time when I know for a fact that he doesn't snore at all (his girlfriend confirms this). As a result, we don't trust the results at all; they showed he has sleep apnea but we do not believe it. Some of the results just seemed completely out of whack. Overall it seems to be geared towards a positive diagnosis of sleep apnea and NOT for ruling it out. Not happy at all. read more

Horrible billing and processing department. After numerous attempts to rectify my account for with Fusion the send my account to collections. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I was contesting charges on my bill that they charged my insurance company for equipment that I had never received and supplies I never received. If I could give negative stars I would. I have been going back and forth with Fusion Sleep's billing department for 5 years about my CPAP machine. I was told to ignore a bill as Humana was going to going to cover it. A year or so goes by and I get the same bill again and go through the same conversation all over again only to be told to ignore the bill. This has been going on for 5 years! This place is a scam, stay away! I was referred here by my doctor. I received an email saying that I needed to complete some paperwork online, and if I was unable to do so, I could arrive early and do it in the office. I couldn't get the website for the paperwork to open, so I showed up 30 minutes early to do the paperwork. I was told at the office that I couldn't do the paperwork there and would have to reschedule. Even after I showed them the email from their office saying it could be done on site, they wouldn't let me for some reason. I took time off work and rearranged my schedule to show up early, and they were unwilling to see me. I'll find another sleep clinic. read more

I did an at home sleep study. Had to pay $350 out of pocket because my insurance wouldn't cover it. I was fine with this as I wanted to know my results. After the sleep study I scheduled my appointment to speak with a specialist. The appointment by itself was less then 10 minutes and just went over the sleep study results, which I already had received. 2 months go by and I get hit with a payment, $450. I called the billing apartment and apparently it was from the appointment. I was never told I would have to pay for the appointment after the study. On top of this, I got hit with a late fee for the appointment since I didn't pay it in time, a payment I never even knew about. Do not schedule any appointments with them, they do shady business practices and you are better off going somewhere else. $800 to know I have sleep apnea was not worth it. If I could them less than 1 star I would. I started with them a couple of years ago. They called non stop trying to get me to update my supplies. When I finally did talk to them the were charging me more through the insurance company then if I bought the supplies separately online. Either way, my mask broke and I needed supplies so I went online to request new supplies form them anyway. After a week I checked because I wanted to know the status. The webpage said that my supplies were on "Hold". I was finally able to get someone on the phone and their response was "we sent you a text message"? They said that the order was on hold waiting for me to respond because of the price. First of all, how is text message appropriate business communication. Secondly, when I finally reviewed the message it didn't ask me to respond so I wouldn't have responded. So my supplies sat there for a week waiting for a response that they never asked from me. I attempted to call several times to speak to a manager regarding this issue and got the run around. Finally they sent me to a voice mail. I called back and they hung up. I am changing my review of Fusion Sleep that I posted yesterday. Following my review, I was contacted by a Fusion Sleep Patient Advocate. Based on the promptness and sincerity of the Patient Advocate's call, along with her thorough and reasonable explanation of the technology and personnel issues they have experienced- I feel comfortable in improving my previous rating to 5 Stars. I beleive that Fusion Sleep is making efforts and progress to improve their service and issues I experienced and based on that I am changing my rating. Previous Review: Have been a patient of Fusion Sleep for several years and am now looking for a replacement provider! Have been attempting for several days to make an appointment for an annual follow up with Fusion Sleep and have yet to connect with anyone! Have attemped twice on the Fusion Sleep Patient Portal under the Schedule and Appointment selection with no response and have left multiple unanswered voice mails on their phone system. I have used their phone answering system to the point I have memorized their prompts.... Enough of their COVID response, Atlantas Premier Sleep Specialist Clinic and listen carefully because our prompts have changed blah, blah, blah!!!! This company is not worth dealing with! You cannot get anyone to answer the phone and the incorrect information about payment and billing is wrong. I was told my CPAP machine would be covered 100% and so far billed 200 and 122.88 per month. They said it was purchased but now charging rental for 13 months which adds up to 1580.00 ! Absolutel garbage. My son had a cpap for almost a year. Took 9 months to get first replacement mask (only came with one). Yo get it it took 2 months and over 50 calls where he was without cpap. Now this second mask cracked 2 1/2 months later and I have left 6 messages for almost two weeks and sent 2 emails to thr manager, but no one will call back. They originally told us they would send new masks and filters quarterly that is covered by insurance, but they do not. We had to drive to them to get the last one 1.5 hour each way. This month us 11 months he has had this machine and we received one filter and two masks. This is used every day and it is not hygienic to keep using the same mask, hoses and filters. They are the absolute worst company. Go anywhere else.​ read more

I went for a sleep study, which went well. It's the aftermath that gets absurd. First, my follow up doctor visit was the most unprofessional experience of my life. The doctor informed me that I had an unusually bad case but could not explain apnea to me or direct me to anyone that could. She simply said, you need to take the results to your primary care doctor. Second, the doctor transferred me to an assistant that wanted me to rent a machine for roughly $275 a month. Once I told them I would just buy my own machine, because it's way cheaper, they pretty much tuned me out. Third, when I tried calling back in over a three week period for help with what kind of masks to buy and how to choose they would/will not return my calls. As info I'm fully insured, with a HUGE HSA so the cost and insurance were not issues I'm just not going to stupidly waste my money on renting when buying costs less than half. They just don't give a @#$& about people or their health issues. STAY AWAY. read more

I'm so disappointed in Fusion Sleep at the John's Creek location. First, I've left at least 4 messages over the past 3 weeks and no one has called me back. I also order C Pap supplies online over a month ago and still haven't received anything. I called the customer support number twice and was told it usually takes 2 weeks to receive my supplies, which I really need. My life depends on this and they don't seem to care at all!! The rep Justin told me he was going to contact the John's Creek location to receive a tracking number. As of today I haven't received a tracking number, my supplies, or a call back! Be careful when paying for your CPAP. They do not understand insurance policies and told me I could pay in full without going through insurance. A couple months later, I realized I was being billed monthly for the machine. After a long time on the phone I was told paying without insurance was not an option. Very frustrating experience. Everyone... and I mean EVERYONE here cares about YOU and how you're doing. Even my primary care doctors' don't call you just to check in and see how you're doing. I see Dr. Aggerwal and I totally misspelled that lol...but she's amazingly knowledgeable and is always available to her patients. If you're lucky enough to do a sleep study... be prepared for the cleanest, most relaxing, and wonderful sleep lab ever! It's more like a hotel than anything and is made to be comfy for you. After MONTHS of not sleeping, I slept like a baby in the sleep lab... lol. It kinda disproved the fact that I had been having trouble sleeping but, they monitored me throughout the night and could tell when and why I was waking in the night. I was diagnosed with a pretty sever case of Sleep Apnea. From day one of using the device, I emmediately noticed positive results in how I felt the next day. I no longer "needed" to to take a nap every afternoon and I no longer fell asleep in the early while while watching TV with my wife. My body also felt better overall. My acid reflux problem has also seemed to have diminished and while I am not positive this had anything to do with my new device, I can tell you that the change occurred only after I started using the machine. 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. The service they provide is fine. Their billing department doesn't know their arse from a hole in the ground. I have had to call them time after time after time after time to get credits applied to my account and get the billing correct. After paying off my rented CPAP machine so that I owned it, I received atleast 6 more bills for the monthly rental that I had to waste my time calling and waiting on hold to get them to correct only to have it happen again the next month. After being reassured that it was taken care of and wouldn't happen again. The final icing on the cake I spoke with them about my final bill and told them I had reached my max out of pocket deductible and that my insurance should be paying. I was told they would contact my insurance and return a call when they had heard back from them. 2 weeks later collections called me and said it was my responsibility to contact my insurance company and get this issue resolved or pay the bill. If you like to spend an hour or more every month correcting your sleep study bills and getting minimal help with these issues Fusion Sleep is your 1 stop shop for horrible billing issue Update. Had to take my CPAP back for warranty work. Not only did I have to pay $40 so they could ship it back to ResMed. I have to pay $125/month to rent a replacement device. On top of that I paid the $165 before I left and now they are trying to charge me an office visit on top of it all. Called billing. Of corse they don't answer and I had to leave a message. Wondering how many days it will be before I receive a response, if ever. Funny if I call to make an appointment they answer right away. Called billing 11 times now and only get voicemail with a promise to return my call in the next 48 hours. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Fusion Sleep In Suwanee, GA. We just spent two days in the sleep lab. I really felt we were treated like royalty. Everyone made sure we were comfortable and understood the testing and everything that was happening. They really made my son feel at ease. The rooms were so comfy and even provided us a great lunch. Jennifer J was incredible during the daytime sleep study. 10 out of 10. She was so knowledgeable and caring. She took time answering all our questions and made us feel right at home. The office experience setting up the appointments and understanding billing was also amazing. A big shout out to Shanita S. for understanding our needs and being so kind and caring. She truly cared about us and our situation. She was very prompt at returning my calls and keeping me updated. I so appreciated that. We also had a person who was there with us at night. If virtual works for you that's all you'll get from these people. I have a new APap and nobody to help me with the negative results, like more apnea events with equipment than without. When you call you hear a message that they have unusual call volume and to leave a message but never get an opportunity. MyAir app has lots of slick videos but none that address my issues. I see one of their local offices has closed. Maybe they are going out of business. The two locations I visited were large but mostly empty. If you think you might need to speak to a real customer care person, forget this group. read more

I have a fairly rare sleep disorder, and finding a doctor (much less an entire medical office) that can help me do and feel better is a real challenge. I found FusionSleep after years of being treated by doctors whose main specialty wasn't sleep medicine and/or pushing myself to drive into Atlanta, which isn't ideal for someone with narcolepsy. I'm pretty loyal to the main doctor I see, but only because she and her staff go out of their way to help me navigate issues that don't even pertain to FusionSleep, including problems getting my insurance to cover prescriptions, and clearance for a surgical procedure. When I call and leave a message, I almost always hear back that same day, if not early on the next business day. Whenever I'm in the office, I'm impressed by how cheerful and friendly the staff is - from the moment you sign in, to seeing your doctor, to checking out and scheduling your next appointment. If you have a sleep disorder, or even think that you might, this is a great place to be seen to get the answers you need and start feeling better. read more
