Dr. Aggarwal has been disappointing for me. I got a sleep study done, and I got my CPAP. However, my sleep was still really bad, and she kept implying it was psychological and that I should just accept my sleep as it is. She would also point to my lifestyle factors even though I kept trying to tell her that my lifestyle is already pretty good. I eat clean, exercise well, and have a healthy body composition. I also limit caffeine to one cup of coffee per day. It turns out a significant portion of sleep issue was caused by low ferritin. She barely mentioned that, and she kept trying to hop on other factors that were barely making any difference. I am still not fully recovered, but I feel night and day difference once I got my iron infusions. Her telling me to just accept my sleep is why I suffered for several months. I forgot names at work, was feeling joint pain due to lack of sleep, massive headaches, and brain fog. I was miserable, and it was hard for me to have a social life. read more

Slow to communicate. They ask for you to fill out forms before your appointment but they do not send the forms. An appointment was made to folllow up with my sleep study but I was not told about the appointment. My primary Dr. contacted them to find out my results and that's how I knew I had an appointment. After a overnight sleep study at their facility, I was diagnosed with a severe sleep disturbance of 124 stop breathing episodes. Since October, 2023, I STILL await a sleeping device. Despite the phone calls, portal messages, I can get now answers. They continue to pass the buck. So, after a long struggle to get the President's information, I at least got the VP's. Ed Day. He did call for which I was so grateful. However, he called completely ill-equipped for our call not having done his research prior. Machae Reed and Marsheem Carter, from Fusion Sleep, did a phenomenal job today! They should defiantly be rewarded for the way they helped me work out the (difficult) issue that I had. I had a special request for customer service that I have been trying to get taken care of for about a month at no aval. I even had to schedule a doctor appointment via the phone to try to get help on a non medical problem. I tried everything! But Machae and Marsheem both came to my rescue today! If fact, they restored my faith in Fusion Sleep. The people at Fusion Sleep are wonderful, but they don't answer their phones like they should and even though they reassured me that they are definitely working on this problem, that didn't really help much. However, I did get Machae on the phone today and she really was wonderful and helped me all the way through the problem that I had. She did a GREAT Job!! She was very kind and professional while working with her manager and seeing to it that my issue would be resolved today. Marsheem Carter was also amazing. She helped straighten out my order and was very patient and informative as well. Both of these ladies helped me SO much today and I am very grateful. They restored my faith in Fusion Sleep. Do your research! Not a BBB accredited company. That says it all. Billed me and my insurance until I'm broke and still billing me. I ordered supplies back last November 2024 and was sent the wrong ones. I made multiple calls and NEVER received the correct supplies and was unable to use the machine for over 9 months. Fear not: They will continue to insist on your Doctor appointments and they will continue to bill you plenty. They will not adjust the bills. I'm still getting billed. Good luck. Find another company. They care about billing and getting paid but very little about patient care. read more

Uodate. Got a call about a mask replacement. I hadn't used my cpap in a year. My ins deductible was met. Decided to order a mask. For starters they charged my ins company $700 for a mask and attachments. No wonder insurance is so expensive. Cost to me was $40. Mask did not work for me, cannot return it. Get a follow up call from a nice lady who stated that she would set up an appt for a mask fitting since I never had one. Make an appt was nice enough to make it convenient for me during her lunch break. I take off of work, show up. Nobody answered the door. I waited around. Called front desk. Said someone should be there. Knocked again at both doors and nobody answered. I left went home and wasted another two hours of my life. This place only cares about selling you masks and not fixing your issues. Will never come here again, answer a call, or recommend this place. Awful! read more

Intake experience is very bad. 1) Had a doctor refer me to them and they never got in contact with me. 2) I reached out and received a link to a chat portal to chat (or to call them). 3) The portal logs you out after inactivity. And the only way back in is to find the original link they sent you and clicking on that. So if you step away from your computer and come back, you might not be able to continue the chat. 4) They sent me a link to an online account. I made one, but can't upload docs or make an appointment. Now I'm on Yelp reading their other reviews. If Fusion Sleep is this bad about something as simple as making an appointment, then I have no confidence in anything else that's more 'complicated' that they must do. And the reviews seem to bear that out - lack of concern with patients so I'll be in search for another provider. read more

I scheduled an appointment with this company over a month ago, only to find out that it couldn't be fulfilled due to technical issues with their vendor's site, preventing me from completing the pre-registration forms. Because I had to adjust my personal schedule twice to accommodate theirs, I requested they send the details via email. However, I was then told at 12 pm that I had 15 minutes to submit the forms for a 1 pm appointment. The representative could literally hear me in a meeting in the background and had the audacity to make such a demand. It's particularly frustrating considering I accommodated their last-minute request, yet they couldn't respectfully assist in a situation that was clearly an issue on their end. If you value time and quality of service, this is NOT the place for you. read more

Horrific DME experience. I would avoid Fusion Sleep at all costs. Although the doctors and the diagnosis process were promising, the equipment side of the business is a mess. You can expect to pay hundreds, if not thousands, over retail price, and those bills will keep coming even when your device is paid off. They're dishonest about pricing and their billing department is the messiest I've ever encountered. read more

I recently had my third sleep study, but the first with Fusion. By far the best experience so far. The sleep study tech, Emily, was wonderful, very friendly, but also very professional getting me hooked up to the monitor. (If you've ever had a 12-point ECG, be prepared for even more little stickers!) she was gracious and patient walking me through the monitor set-up to make sure she was recording my sleep patters and movements accurately. The pre- and post-test meetings with the NP, Cecile, were thorough and well-handled. Even though we met via Zoom, she made it very comfortable to converse with her. She took her time to carefully explain how the test would be run and what they were looking for. In the post-test Cecile walked me through the details of the graphs recorded during the test, taking time to answer any questions. Even though I've had experience reading similar data charts, she was very good a correcting any misconceptions--a great conversation. Her support people, Tanesha in particular, really were key to making the process run smoothly, from sending emails and test messages, to making sure the Zoom meeting ran smoothly. All-in-all this part of controlling my sleep apnea has be smooth, even pleasurable. read more

FusionSleep Center Sleep clinic I just had the very, very, very BEST experience a person could have in regards to customer service! Shanita Sanford, the Patient Advocate Manager helped me by making sure my information was sent via my primary doctor to her office. She actually took the time to execute a 3 way call to my primary physician's office to make sure everything needed was taken care of. I was prepared to do the "back & forth" calling, prepared to get the "run around" etc. That has always been my experience when calling the doctor's office until Shanita Sanford took my call. If anyone calls Fusion Sleep, ask for Shanita Sanford. She'll treat you like family. Give her a call. You'll be very glad you did! I had to call again and was told we don't take your insurance for a CPAP. I asked for the results and Rx be sent to me so I could find another provider. I was told I could contact medical records. I received my CPAP from them after my diagnosis.when it came time to get a new replacement after 5 years I was told to fill out online information.After at least 6 attempts and the system freezing up I called them.Took forever to get a competent person to answer my needs. I loved the convenience of virtual appointments with the sleep clinic. I was able to attend the appointment from home and then had the option of sleep study In clinic or at home. I decided to go into the clinic for more detailed study. The staff that night was great and the nurse was excellent. She was personable and made me Feel at ease. I was able to do my follow up from home and was surprised at my detailed results. Overall it's been a good experience. read more

One star only because we can't give zero. When you're a hammer, everything looks like a nail. These tests seem to be geared to showing sleep problems and selling CPAP machines, not objective testing. Needless to say, we are deeply disappointed with this service. The at-home test arrived just fine, and the instructions were clear, but it was the actual testing and results that were the problem. My son did the test for an employment-related reason. The key issues seem to be: 1. Bed time & Wake up logs: These were completely off by about 3-4 hours each side. My son (the test taker) went to bed about midnight and woke up at about 8:30 am. He put the equipment on at about 11:30 or so. However, the test logs showed him starting the test at 8:30 pm and getting up at 2:00 am. Clearly, something was wrong there. Further, the recording date was incorrect. 2. Body Weigh/BMI: They got this number entirely wrong; he is a big, strong young man, 6'2" and just over 200 lbs, but they had his BMI at 30. We checked with his doctor and his calculation was 26. 3. Fit and Function: The nose plugs, hoses, and finger monitors came out and were disconnected for most of the night. It also said that he snored for about 25% of the time when I know for a fact that he doesn't snore at all (his girlfriend confirms this). As a result, we don't trust the results at all; they showed he has sleep apnea but we do not believe it. Some of the results just seemed completely out of whack. Overall it seems to be geared towards a positive diagnosis of sleep apnea and NOT for ruling it out. Not happy at all. read more

I was contesting charges on my bill that they charged my insurance company for equipment that I had never received and supplies I never received. If I could give negative stars I would. I have been going back and forth with Fusion Sleep's billing department for 5 years about my CPAP machine. I was told to ignore a bill as Humana was going to going to cover it. A year or so goes by and I get the same bill again and go through the same conversation all over again only to be told to ignore the bill. This has been going on for 5 years! I did an at home sleep study. Had to pay $350 out of pocket because my insurance wouldn't cover it. I was fine with this as I wanted to know my results. After the sleep study I scheduled my appointment to speak with a specialist. The appointment by itself was less then 10 minutes and just went over the sleep study results, which I already had received. 2 months go by and I get hit with a payment, $450. I called the billing apartment and apparently it was from the appointment. I was never told I would have to pay for the appointment after the study. On top of this, I got hit with a late fee for the appointment since I didn't pay it in time, a payment I never even knew about. Do not schedule any appointments with them, they do shady business practices and you are better off going somewhere else. $800 to know I have sleep apnea was not worth it. This place is a scam, stay away! I was referred here by my doctor. I received an email saying that I needed to complete some paperwork online, and if I was unable to do so, I could arrive early and do it in the office. I couldn't get the website for the paperwork to open, so I showed up 30 minutes early to do the paperwork. I was told at the office that I couldn't do the paperwork there and would have to reschedule. Even after I showed them the email from their office saying it could be done on site, they wouldn't let me for some reason. I took time off work and rearranged my schedule to show up early, and they were unwilling to see me. I'll find another sleep clinic. read more

If I could them less than 1 star I would. I started with them a couple of years ago. They called non stop trying to get me to update my supplies. When I finally did talk to them the were charging me more through the insurance company then if I bought the supplies separately online. Either way, my mask broke and I needed supplies so I went online to request new supplies form them anyway. After a week I checked because I wanted to know the status. The webpage said that my supplies were on "Hold". I was finally able to get someone on the phone and their response was "we sent you a text message"? They said that the order was on hold waiting for me to respond because of the price. First of all, how is text message appropriate business communication. Secondly, when I finally reviewed the message it didn't ask me to respond so I wouldn't have responded. So my supplies sat there for a week waiting for a response that they never asked from me. I attempted to call several times to speak to a manager regarding this issue and got the run around. Finally they sent me to a voice mail. I called back and they hung up.
