We had high expectations because we knew what Unique Pavers did for our driveway and front yard, and they did not disappoint! Rick has amazing vision when it comes to designing spaces. Dan is a great project manager who was onsite nearly every day and has excellent communication skills. And the hardscape and landscape crews really know how to execute; they worked hard and worked together well. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND when he noticed the water damage and gave a very reasonable price to address it (in hindsight, this was such a huge value add that I hadn't even considered). He also project managed the coordination with my separate fencing contractor, which I really appreciated. He's timely, efficient, responsive, and extremely thorough. Construction has many unknowns, and it's the way the team handles things that leaves lasting impressions. Filtering through reviews on Yelp, Nextdoor, Google, etc. I found a common positive thread: ATS Greenworks. Local, family owned & operated, responsive to calls. These are all thing which are important to me. When Christian arrived for the estimate he was prepared with all the information & samples of product. Everything was explained in great detail, how the old turf would be removed, drainage, leveling. etc. Truly professional. The price was in my budget, we set a date for the install & when it was finished I couldn't be happier! I had a few questions along the way & when I called Wendy at ATS she was helpful and very friendly! Great product, professional installation and above all, wonderful people!

During the project, the support wire for our string lights was broken. While the sprinklers that were being removed were properly capped off as requested, other parts of our irrigation system were damaged. Several irrigation tubes appear to have been cut or disconnected, and the low-voltage power wires for the irrigation system were also cut. The most frustrating part is that troubleshooting and repairing the irrigation system may require digging up sections of the newly installed turf, creating additional expense and risking damage to a brand-new installation. The turf itself looks great, but I wish more care had been taken to protect the existing irrigation infrastructure and other outdoor features during the installation.

I made a purchase at Artificial Turf Express totaling $6,422.70. Shortly after, within two hours of…read moremaking the purchase, I decided to cancel the order. The turf I purchased was never picked up, and the cancellation was made well before any processing or shipping could have occurred. However, upon canceling the order, Artificial Turf Express charged me a 20% restocking fee amounting to $1,284.54. At no point during the transaction was I informed about any restocking fee, either verbally or in writing. There were also no visible signs in the store that indicated the existence of such a fee. I find this charge to be unfair and deceptive. The merchant failed to disclose this critical piece of information before completing the transaction, which is not only unethical but also potentially illegal under consumer protection laws. I respectfully request that the BBB assist in resolving this issue by asking Artificial Turf Express to refund the $1,284.54 restocking fee. I believe that other customers should be aware of this practice, and I would like to ensure that the merchant adheres to proper business practices in the future.
