Jose and his team are absolute experts in the concrete industry. They have all the tools and man power to deliver a precise and durable project that will last a lifetime. When you want it right at a competitive price in a timely manner, call them!

Finished. (Had to work around a PG&E box on the left.)

By far the best concrete contractor I have worked with. Many years of experience and a hard working team. The crew is efficient, a 10X40 slab was dug out, formed, compacted, rocked and barred in several hours. This included grinding a large tree stump and even drilling and tapping into the existing driveway slab with rebar. I couldn't be happier with the finish work; nicely cut relief seams and a consistent brush finish.

Very professional and easy to work with. Competitive pricing. Finished ahead of schedule. Love our new retaining wall. We will definitely use this company in the future!

Jose has done two separate jobs for us and we've been very happy with both. He's a no none sense kind of guy who does great work.

He was thorough, detailed, creative, conscientious and he truly listened - to my goals, likes/dislikes, and concerns. He provided me with recommendations across all 3 work areas that took into account the needs and special considerations for each location. He worked to ensure that we had a good strategy for redirecting water from the downspout to the patio and for redirecting water via a small 'channel' parallel to the driveway to allow for better water management. Being a highly visual person, I also found their showroom very helpful in choosing colors and patterns for the stamped concrete finish. In preparation and execution, Paul and the team took great care planning out each phase, protecting my new glass garage door and fixing a small nick on the house during the cement pour. He also personally adjusted the patio downspout, intentionally going out of his way with a plan to avoid creating unnecessary holes in the new siding. He also helped me anticipate and plan for mail and other deliveries during the time the walkway would be off-limits. He also worked well with my neighbor to plan for and to gain access to the garage each day in my absence. He regularly sent pictures and text updates. All of this because he is thorough, creative, conscientious, detailed and seems to sincerely care about his clients. The result: Exactly what I had hoped, delivered on time, with quality, care and with consideration for my schedule and the well-being of my home. Paul delivered to his word. I would hire Paul and the Alexander & Sons team again for any hardscaping in the future.

I got a couple of quotes through Yelp, but ultimately decided to go with Kay Green -- and I'm so glad I did. It took Young and his crew about a day and a half to complete the project. I live in a townhouse community, and they were very respectful of the shared space. They did an excellent job cleaning up the carport area they used for their equipment and materials. We ran into a few unexpected issues during the project, but Young was always upfront about what was happening and communicated his solutions clearly. His recommendations were thoughtful and turned out great. I would definitely use Kay Green again for any future landscaping projects and will happily recommend them to family and friends!

They ruined and broke numerous branches while admitting that these plants are very delicate. They rushed the job that should have been at least two hours and finished in one hour. I should have stopped them after the owner told me to go inside and they will let me know when they were done. You never tell someone that's paying you $500 dollars to take your time and do a professional job to go inside. I should have told him to get the F off of my property and hired someone else. I would have been better off hiring men from Home Depot. Totally unprofessional, rushed the job, ruined a couple of plants and didn't give a shit how it looked, even after I showed the owner the damaged plants and all the broken branches only to find more as the branches dried out in the weeks to come. He tells me the plants are delicate, but yet they didn't treat them that way. I will never hire this unprofessional company again and recommend that you don't hire them either. They have plenty of help to do a good job, but refuse to do so. This was a total rip off job to the tune of $500. I'm so sorry I hired this clown to do this job, every time I look at what they did it makes me sick and pissed that I didn't throw them off my property and paid them nothing. I've waited weeks to write this review, in hopes that the job would look better, but it doesn't. Thanks a lot, KAY GREEN LANDSCAPING FOR DOING A SHITTY JOB AND TELLING ME TO GO INSIDE. I should have kicked your ass to the curb and told you to take a hike.

Trust, ethics, and standards are extremely high, and he made sure the finished product was nothing short of perfect. The job was well planned and executed, even under difficult weather conditions. In summary, I would confidently recommend RJF Concrete Construction for all concrete, masonry, and architectural finish work--both new pours and remodels. The drainage slope of the pad was important to me due to potential flooding issues and past history of this area of the property, so I had specific instructions and desires about how I wanted the water to run off half the pad in a certain direction and the other half of the pad in a somewhat more complicated manner so it would end up in my driveway drain. This water management would avoid potential flooding of the garage. The torrential rains have arrived, and the performance of the runoff is absolutely perfect and channeling off exactly as intended. I couldn't be happier. The concrete is still crack free and the lift is installed and functioning well; also very happy events. Thank you RJF for your professionalism; this is a great addition.
