I have to say that I was pleasantly delighted by both the staff and the salon. The salon doesn't look like much from the outside but don't let it fool you! It's very cute, modern and clean(very sanitary). The staff was super personable and and very accommodating. They had a great selection of color choices and offer gel, dipping powders and laquers. The only issue I could see is that the staff is currently very small and walking in without an appointment could be a challenge. Highly recommend!!!

I had a gel manicure that lasted only a week before the tips started peeling with my natural nail…read moreexposed. I was away so it was 2 weeks before I could return. They charged me full price to remove the gel manicure and the manicure for my natural nails have the color with tiny bubbles underneath. I pointed this out and the tech abruptly just put another top coat on. It didn't resolve the problem. I went home, ate dinner, watched tv and was getting ready for bed when I noticed one of my natural nails had broken from the side. In another the polish was chipping off from the side to about a third of the nail. Also, a few other nails the polish was chipping off the tips. The picture is of my non- dominant hand! I washed my hands before dinner and that was the only time my hands were in water. I wasn't doing anything but watching TV. So disappointed because the place was very nice inside and had a nice system for scheduling and checking in. They accepted credit cards with a slight up charge.

In understand supportive childcare in the workplac, but these nail techs act as though it is their main job, not doing your nails. They talk crap about their fellow co-workers behind their backs in front of customers as well as talking crap about their own family affairs. I don't care how your kid's dad was acting like a jerk that day or that his new "baby momma" was being mean to you that day. Doesn't everyone want a relaxed atmosphere when they're supposed to be getting pampered while paying $75 for a gel manicure. There has been talks of violence brought up while I was there as well. The techs talk about "beating up each other" along with "kicking their baby daddy's ass along with his new girlfriend" because he didn't come in with a smile and "he's only acting this way due to having a new girlfriend on the side." If they're threatening and talking violence in the workplace, who knows what they do after work. It's completely inappropriate and I'm surprised people still come here. I stopped going months ago, but hearing from friends, it's apparently the same. They only treat their "regulars who accept this behavior" normall, otherwise you're out of luck. I'd only recommend going here if you plan on watching other workers children, hearing them talk about violence, and being overcharged just to have your polish fall off days later. Reporting then to the BBB ASAP after hearing recent complaints from multiple friends who've had the same experience I did almost a year ago.

I noticed they offer waxing, so I figured why the heck not. Man, she was rough. Before I even left the salon, I had to ask the technician to redo one of my nails because it wasn't done correctly. His response was, "If it messes up again, just come back." Less than 24 hours later, my gel manicure is already lifting and peeling. I called the salon and explained that I live an hour away and asked if they could provide a partial refund so I could have my nails fixed closer to home. I even asked if they would be willing to speak with a nail salon near me to cover the repair. They refused both requests and instead offered me a discount the next time I come in. A discount on a future visit doesn't fix the fact that I now have to pay another salon to repair a manicure that didn't even last one day. When you're charging over $200 for services, customers should expect quality work and reasonable customer service when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon based on my experience.
