    Ginger delight with tofu

Met my friend for lunch on this nice Saturday at Fusion Japanese in Madison. We were the only ones in there, and service was top notch. I love when you can get lunch specials on Saturday. I ordered the lunch Ginger Delight with tofu and a spring roll. I asked for medium but the cook must be heavy handed, as it was more on the hot hot side. Excellent flavor though and the ginger sauce set off the rice nicely.

We were late for dinner and reached the restaurant at 9.10 pm ; with closing time of 9.30 pm. I hate doing it, but it did happen today. The owner /our server was nice and let us dine in. We have tried other Thai restaurants near by, but their spring roll stand out for us. We also tried tofu, which was also decent. We ordered Pad See Ewe and cashew nut Thai entree with tofu. Both amazingly delicious. Place is hug with bar near the entrance followed by booth and tables. There were about 4 families sitting there. All in all a great experience. I would definitely be going there again!

I prefer the Flowood location... this one pretty good. The menu has many options, the service is great and the price is right. The food is pretty good. I go here often because it has many vegetarian choices. The Thai spring rolls are consistently delicious and I would recommend. The pad kee mao is my usual order. Last time I got it, the spice and flavor wasn't perfect. This trip I tried the pineapple fried rice and it was tasty. I think I could've used more spice too, so I'll be asking for the spice rack in future visits.

Really can't be delicious Thai food without a crowd! Fusion Madison best Thai Restaurant! Recently took a group of friends there because they were craving something a little different. They are open late and extremely laid-back. You can eat in order beer wine or a cocktail. Food: try the Curries! Everyone of them I have ordered has been sensational. My other favorite dish is the Thai Noodle Soup. Of course this is the perfect soup for a cold rainy day or if you're feeling under the weather, but I order it every chance I get! Other highlights are the Pad Thai

For my first visit to a Thai restaurant, I usually get Pad Thai - to test their waters. You could even say that I judge a Thai restaurant based off of their Pad Thai (not sure why though). Today, I decided to be adventurous and get the Pad Kee Mao for my first Fusion Cuisine experience. While it wasn't bad, per say, it did leave a lot left to be desired. The noodles were plain and very greasy, with close to no seasonings and flavor. When I called in my order, I mentioned that I would prefer the spiciness level to be milder. Well it was definitely mild...probably the mildest you could possibly make it. Just saying. The lunch combination came with an egg roll, which was also alright. It was extremely greasy, which is to be expected. Some of my coworkers rave about Fusion, so I decided to give it a try. If I come back is up for debate.

The food is good but they need more help so service can be slow. I really like the pad Thai!

So good! Try their Yellow Curry and Tom Yum soup! One of my favorite spots for takeout when I'm working in Madison.

Fusion is on my normal rotation, and it's good. Take out can be slow at times, service is usually good inside and the folks are friendly.

Love both locations! We eat here at least once a week if not more. Staff is usually short handed but still pretty good service.

The curry is awesome, Thai style with coconut milk base. The Japanese dishes are also good. This place is one of our favs for takeout.

I opted for the lunch special, which didn't feel like much of a "special" since it still cost over $20. I chose the hibachi lunch with shrimp and scallops, and received three shrimp, three scallops, fried rice, and veggies. It also came with miso soup, but I didn't enjoy it as it was way too salty. They did offer the option to have my food cooked in front of me on the grill or served in a booth. Next time, I'll choose the grill option to ensure the rice is fresh, as the rice I had tasted a bit stale--though I should mention I arrived about 40 minutes before they closed for lunch. I also ordered the Goya roll, which my waiter said was the most popular. He seemed to assume I wanted something fried, but we all know great sushi is raw and rolled, so the roll wasn't necessary. The shrimp was overcooked, and the rice didn't taste fresh, but overall, the meal was decent. However, I didn't feel it was worth the price for lunch. If I return, I'll try a different sushi roll and have them cook my food in front of me.

The location was decently decorated and seemed to be clean and it wasn't too noisy for our table of four to eat and have conversation without competing with neighboring tables overall, a fantastic experience, price and value were definitely good. After looking over the menu, I was impressed with the selection of meat and vegetables included in the buffet, more than similar Korean buffets I have been to. I also liked the number of available sauces to further season the food. Service was fast and efficient. We were seated quickly and our drink order was taken and filled shortly afterward. Staff was really friendly and helpful when we had questions. Soon, our order of meats and veggies arrived and the cooking began. The containers tend to take a fair amount of space on the already small tables so keep that in mind if you order a wide variety of meats. We had to stack the containers as we cooked the meat but the server removed them pretty quickly. One really neat feature of the tables I enjoyed was a plate warmer at each seat location, at least in the booths. That helped keep the cooked meat warm while waiting for the other cooking food to complete. Very nice touch. I will definitely return the next time. I'm in town.

Yakiniku is an experience and the food is delicious! You can order the Korean BBQ and/or Hot buffet…read more(from the menu to your table). It includes cooked starters such as rice, noodles, spicy chicken, spring rolls, wontons, gyoza, etc.. and many protein and veggie options to cook yourself. The beef bulgogi and flank steak were awesome! Shrimp was nice and fresh. The meat is already marinated, but there is also a spice and sauce bar in case you want to take it up a notch. I put a mixture of green onion, minced garlic and cilantro on the beef **chef's kiss**. Note: Other than the short rib, they give you a hefty portion of meat per selection. I suggest maybe ordering 1 or 2 meats per person and if you want more or to try something different later, request it at that time because there is a $13 per lb up-charge for wasting food. Price for the all-you-can-eat buffet is $30.99pp (at the moment). Yakiniku does have lunch specials, value packages for groups, bento boxes, and options if you don't want to cook yourself, but that is really part of the experience and it's super easy. Ambiance is family-friendly, good for groups. Overall, I loved it! A few things that I think would provide a better experience: - If the servers clean or switch out the grill like at other KBBQ spots once it gets dry or too charred. You could probably just request this though. - Different tongues or handlers for each meat instead of one since you're dealing with raw meat (and maybe some sanitizing wipes at the table).
