My mother purchased a beautiful wooden kitchen island with a marble top and leather woven stools for her home. She came home one day to find the marble countertop side trim pieces shattered on the floor. This kitchen island is now dangerous with sharp edges exposing that the marble countertop is less than a 1/2 inch thick. The owner was unwilling to give her any accommodation or good will gesture to rectify this defective piece. I was told to sand the sharp edges to prevent injury to my mother's aged thin skin. I guess you get what you pay for as this was a reasonably priced solution for her kitchen and now it's dangerous and unsightly.

They also have an adorable kids section with toys, clothes, and accessories so your kiddos can be as stylish as their mama. Don't say I didn't warn you though; if you take a gander in this section you'll probably want it all. Every time. The staff is so friendly and helpful! If these people are still in business, I'm baffled as to why. My dad hired them to repair a gate in…read morea chain link fence, which needed 2 new corner brackets (a simple fix), as well as put a double gate in the same fence. Mr. Canaris himself came out and upon our accepting his bid, took a check for $450 from us promising that his crew would be back that week to complete the job. We live 2 hours away from the actual jobsite. 3 weeks went by with no call or notification of any type, though our bank statement showed the checked was cashed 2 weeks prior. When called and asked if the job was done, we were told that he was waiting for his supplier to send him the double gate, but it should be any day now and they would have it done by that weekend. 2 weeks later we went to the property and NOTHING had been done. When called and questioned, AGAIN, he gave the same excuse, promising it would be done in the next few days. That was almost 2 months ago. I have seen double gates and brackets at Lowe's, Home Depot, McCoy's, etc. for a LOT less than $450 since hiring them but we paid for the job to be done because we could not be there long enough to complete it ourselves. Upon arriving at the property this past weekend, there had been 1 post removed from our fence and 1 put in, with the fence connected with 3 pcs of wire. No new brackets on the other gate were done. I was livid and immediately called to get answers. The listed business phone number was no longer a working one!! I can't find any other way to contact them but at this point, its probably best I can't. I'll be filing the paperwork necessary for small claims court tomorrow, on principal alone. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! If there even still in business...
