I have been searching high and low, across the crazy wilderness of Houston area firms that can do great work on company shirts, caps, etc. It's hard to find a service these days that does not farm work out overseas. I prefer my embroidery services local and nearby, with a Texas touch that means I am receiving the best in quality customer care and service. As time has gone on, I thought I would be stuck with the same "brand management firms" that, while the sales representative is local, the quality was bad. Lo and behold, I have found in Hannabelle's Designs a lovely woman who adheres to quality, gets it right, and whose shop actually does the work here in the great Lone Star State. None of this farming out to some odd foreign country where I am stuck with horrific lead times that make me wonder if I will be cashing Social Security checks before I get my golf polo shirts back. She does great work, and takes care to get every proof precise, and she knows how to make a quality embroidery. We were all blown away by her work, the stitching holds up well in rather tough manufacturing environments, and you can tell the work is what we are missing these days: a true testament to craftsmanship, and done locally. A benefit to this is the ease of working with her. Need to make a change? Call or email. Need to make a note of something to add? Just reach out. The customer service is beyond par, and it reminds of the ye olde days when you had someone who cared about their product, could get you real lead times on the phone and you knew when it would arrive. None of this "material is on the water" nonsense - it's here, she's right in the area, and she is a testament to the hardworking American businesswoman who knows her stuff, can steer you in a better direction (even my ideas stink, and she saved me) and is a true expert.
