Another thing I noticed on my drop off package receipt, is that they provide a discount code for some of their services. Their prices are already reasonable, so this is a nice little bonus. Used them to repair a light pole & a monument sign. The…read morerepair of the monument sign was fine & they were polite, BUT they left a big hole in the light pole they repaired with the wiring exposed! I called them & they informed them of the problem. They stated that they were the new owners. I asked them to contact corporate & make it right.The "new owner" agreed.. OK. So I give them another job & ask them to repair the hole in the light pole-which they said they would do at no charge. They also changed bulbs on my light poles (paid for) & the installer didn't even bother to clean the light lenses---might as well have left the old bulbs in-cause the lenses were so dirty. Really terrible service. Who changes bulbs on 3 light poles for $225 & doesn't even clean the lens. It was offered at a "discount",since they needed the bucket truck for the rest of the job. How about cleaning the lens-----can't be reached without their truck. The also stripped my sign timer on the second repair (the installer turned the timer against the gears) on the monument sign. So I had to go get a new timer & pay my handy man to fix their mess. About $200. Another $150 to fix the wiring that went bad because the pole was open. Don't bother with this company-Has no clue about customer service & how to do the job right the first time. Don't let the favorable quote sway you. Cost me more after the fact. Still waiting on the credit.
