Today we decided to order pizza from Tiano's. We called ahead to order three pizzas. The person who…read moreanswered the phone immediately said, "Tiano's, hold for a minute," and left me on hold for about five minutes before I finally hung up. I figured they were busy, so I called back about 15 minutes later, but the call went straight to voicemail. The voicemail was not even set up. My wife and I both tried from different carriers, Verizon and Spectrum, and had the same issue. We kept trying over the next 15 minutes, thinking maybe the phone lines were tied up because they were busy taking orders. We eventually drove there to place the order in person, only to find they were not busy at all. When I mentioned the phone issue, they told me they "always have problems with the phones." I can only imagine how much business that costs them. I placed the order, and the lady with the thick dark-framed glasses read it back correctly: two large cheese pizzas, one large half cheese / half pepperoni and ham pizza, and one chicken calzone. We were told about a 30-minute wait. When we got home, the order was wrong. We received three large cheese pizzas, with no pepperoni or ham on the specialty pizza we paid extra for. The chicken calzone also had ham in it, which I assume was supposed to go on the pizza. Now I'm wondering where the pepperoni went. Unfortunately, the person who ordered the calzone does not eat ham, so that ended up going in the trash. On top of that, the quality of the pizza was disappointing. The middle of the pizzas seemed undercooked and sloppy. When you picked up a slice, all the cheese slid right off. It's a shame, because we really want to like this place.

I walked in and my order was ready to go. The staff was super friendly and the space brings a sense of nostalgia with the vinyl booths and bar area. The pizza was SO GOOD. Party of 4 tried the Star fries (extra crispy fries with extra seasoning). And a meat lovers pizza. The server was young and seemed inexperienced but she did a decent job, the fries were great. Can pit piping hot and were nice and crispy, the pizza was good too. The crust was crunchy and the meat was smoky and plentiful. All in all enjoyed the meal and would like to go back to try something different from the menu next time. Only 4 stars because they don't have fountain drinks and cost wise bottled drinks at a restaurant like this is not sustainable if you drink a lot of soda with your meal.

I am not particularly fond of too much mayonnaise, so I thought that it tasted fine. The pizza was good. Salad was good and loaded also, but they gave very little ranch and we had to ask multiple times for more because the containers were very small that they came in. Wings were good. Over all food was good. I'd probably go back. It just wasn't great. Customer service was good and the employees were very courteous. Restaurant was clean and neat. Seating/table area is not large, but it could hold maybe a small group or two.

Second, just because restaurants have the same name, definitely doesn't mean it has the same experience or quality. Very disappointed in this Stromboli, presentation was a dud! It was not completely cooked and the sauce was very salty! Not the experience I expected since the Elizabeths in VA are amazing. The guy who took my order was nice but not sympathetic to the huge difference in cost with the special. The atmosphere is so dated and it's too dark even to enter. I'm sorry, but never again.

The two older gentlemen were friendly and nice. I enjoyed them. I indulged in a lager while I waited for my pizza. They do have a nice selection and some microbrews also. He even plugged in the video machine for my son to play while we waited. The pizza stayed super hot during our travels home of 20 miles so that was impressive. The pizza---kid loved it! It was tasty. I had a lot of pepperoni so they did not short me on that. The flavor was good and cheesy but not ooooey goooey cheesy. It is cooked well (some may say too much) It is more of a crunchy pizza with a layered type crust. Similar to what you would get from a frozen style pizza but with great flavor and taste as they seem to know what they are doing with the ingredients and it is freshly made.
