This location has just opened. The store is bright, shiny, clean and still has that new store…read moresmell. It also has the wonderful smell of spicy Cajun fried chicken and homemade biscuits. The staff was super nice and I ordered and got my food very quickly. It was hot and delicious. But I did notice that people in the Drive-Thru we're having to wait because they had trouble getting their sides and food. They are probably just still working out the kinks about how much to keep on hand and how busy the store will be at any given point. I expect it will smooth out in the future as they get that down and have some history on how busy the store will be to look back on.

One employee only made Whoppers. No Whopper= no work out of her- ignoring the fact that another employee was running the cash register and deep fried food and the in-store dining trays. It bears repeating: manager did nothing. Walked out of the office, looked around & never touched any step of the ordering process. When we ask about new pizzas we got the popular " they are on a rotation. I am only the waitress. The cook does the pizza. I guess she isn't allowed to speak to the kitchen staff for any reason. If they have a manager then is a poor excuse for one. As much as we enjoy Pizza Hut pizzas we will find a location that has an interest in treating customers as a paying part of the equation through which they get paid.
