We had a Chef's salad, sub, pizza and wings. My fiancé said the sub was good but could've used more mayonnaise. I am not particularly fond of too much mayonnaise, so I thought that it tasted fine. The pizza was good. Not very hot, but it was loaded with toppings, so there again, perhaps the reason for the temperature. Salad was good and loaded also, but they gave very little ranch and we had to ask multiple times for more because the containers were very small that they came in. Wings were good. Over all food was good. I'd probably go back. It just wasn't great. Customer service was good and the employees were very courteous. Restaurant was clean and neat. Seating/table area is not large, but it could hold maybe a small group or two. read more

First of all, how does the price of what you call a special with a drink, cost the same without a drink. Make it make sense. Second, just because restaurants have the same name, definitely doesn't mean it has the same experience or quality. Very disappointed in this Stromboli, presentation was a dud! It was not completely cooked and the sauce was very salty! Not the experience I expected since the Elizabeths in VA are amazing. Great lunch today! Service is always good and food is even better. I had a small pepperoni calzone and my son had the spaghetti with meatballs. Both dishes came out steaming hot with large portions. I love the big crusty subs at Elizabeth's Pizza. Best in town and the pizza is and has been 'top shelf', imho, since we moved to NC in '98. The staff are polite and have hustle, waits are never too long (even when they're busy), and you can still get a mug of good draft beer there for under $4. Oh, and you can phone-in your pick-up pizza order and it will be waiting for you when you arrive. I mention this b/c phone-orders are not taken at every Eden pizza joint. Second worst pizza I've ever had. First was in Columbus, WI at sunshine pizza. We paid 80 dollars for an 1 uncooked flavorless pizza, a salad and a calzone. Dough was bland and uncooked on top and vegetables were raw. Sausage was sliced linked sausage which was gross. Sauce was bland and acidic / straight from an aluminum can and no spice. They screwed up our salad by dressing it with Italian and delivering it with ranch. My sons calzone was bland and both it and the pizza were scarce with meat. For the price I feel robbed. This company has the nicest girls working the phones and registers but the ABSOLUTE SLICK MOUTHED AND WORST MANAGER I'VE EVER SEEN! Each and every single time I've ever visited it took AT LEAST 1 hour wait to receive food AFTER calling at least 30 mins to 1 hr ahead. This used to be a great restaurant and food has always been good. I'll drive to either in Reidsville before I'll ever be caught dead at this location ever again. NEEDS NEW MANAGER. Had multiple 6+ party dine-in people come in after waiting 30 mins who received their food and was eating in before I got my call-in order placed 1 hour before and waited in house for 1 hour. No wonder they can't keep any help... multiple other people walk out every time I visit and request a refund with only getting a bad comment back and an attitude. read more

As someone who grew up in Pennsylvania living off of cheese steaks, I can honestly say that Elizabeth's gets it as close to perfect as anywhere I have been! The pizza was not as good as other nearby Elizabeth's Pizza locations (in Martinsville, VA and Collinsville, VA), kinda dry. I'm not sure if they are franchised, though they do share the same layout, décor, menu and menu style. But I always make sure I have plenty of room for a 12", though they don't seem to be as full as the other Elizabeth's locations.Occasionally I will go with the deliciously over stuffed calzone or steak stromboli. The kids can't seem to get enough of their large slices though! They also have Spaghetti, Salads, Manicotti, Lasagna, Eggplant Parmigiana, everything being homemade and fresh! Out of all the pizza joints, this and Angelo's are in my top list. I love the Stromboli and the cheesecake is to die for. The layout of the restaurant is really unique to me and I enjoy the booths and the feel of the restaurant. read more

Pizza was tasty and cooked well, but super greasy. If you don't mind that, it's good, but be prepared to use a lot of napkins to dob off the grease. The Philly cheesesteak is really tasty. Fries are average. Service is quick and friendly. read more
