Over all food was good. I'd probably go back. It just wasn't great. Customer service was good and the employees were very courteous. Restaurant was clean and neat. Seating/table area is not large, but it could hold maybe a small group or two.

Asks three times while taking order what flavor wings we wanted. Then, 35 minutes later, a woman walks out with a pizza that isn't ours and says, "This is yours right?" We expressed our concern for the wait and she goes back to the counter, answers the phone, LEAVES THE PIZZA ON AN EMPTY TABLE, and never comes back. The pizza sits there for 10 more minutes. At this point our waitress comes out with a receipt and says, "Is this your receipt?" Haven't even gotten our food, and giving us our receipt. When my mother stated we hadn't even gotten our food yet, the waitress stated, "Yeah, we got a lot going on back there." Crazy, cause I've watched three to-go orders leave in the time we've been here and we're now the only dine-in customers. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I hated. And truly, I don't blame the employees. I blame management because as a manager you should use the strengths of your staff and, clearly, that wasn't happening.

My wife loves the Philly Cheese Steak and I either get the Chef's Salad or a 1/2 Stromboli, both are delicious. One more thing, I left my phone at the restaurant recently and when I returned the lady who clears the tables had already given it to the front counter. If you want delicious food from an honest restaurant proprietor, Elizabeth's in Wentworth is your place to go.
