After going back and for a few times and three different phone calls we just told them thanks for their time and ended up just ordering something on Amazon for $1400 less. So if you buy mattress and adjustable frame, but don't like the mattress you are stuck with the frame even if you return the mattress. Mattress I bought is comfortable, but the adjustable portion of the frame hurts my back, so basically I paid a ton of money for an adjustable frame that is in reality a flat frame. And by the way when I called to ask about any possible exchange, I was told "why did you buy it then. You liked it in the store." I tried to explain there is a big difference in laying on a bed in a showroom for 3 minutes and trying to sleep on it all night. I explained I sleep on my side and the adjustments put me in a bad position where I hurt in the morning if I raise either the head or feet. I was advised I should try to switch to sleeping on my back even though I've slept on my side my entire life and I'm comfortable that way. Just make sure you get what you really want before you purchase. There is no going back no matter what they say.

He advised us to go to Macy's which has the best selection. He never pressured us to buy.
