I drive 40 miles to use this place. The owner was evidently angry that I came in and was quite rude. I said nothing, paid, made another appointment and took my dogs home. I received a message after I got home that since I had been dissatisfied, my appointment and all future appointments would be cancelled. I don't understand the unprofessional, rude behavior on her part so I guess I should be grateful to find another groomer. Guess she was having a bad day.

The rats were also wet all along the bottom. I counted over 15 dead batas on ONE shelf. There was a single bird in cage that was almost totally bald and constantly pulling and ripping feathers out, looked terrible! I went to check out and set my VERY FEW items on the counter, honestly debated on even spending anything after what I had seen....and the cashier just looked off into space for a solid 45-60 seconds, no greeting or a single word! I have never been so disappointed and in utter shock like I have today!! i bought a hamster for my 5 year old from there last year and only had problems. she was soo sweet, but had skin issues and would stop eating while she was having issues. Took her to vet twice and had no actual answers besides she was sick....ended up losing our baby. After seeing the conditions today, I am wondering if I just happened to catch the cages actually cleaned for once when I bought her! Here we are MONTHS LATER, and my dog's fur is still not grown back in places and is 'patchy'. I've been told that a Pomeranian can take up to a year to fully recover from a damaged undercoat. To say I'm upset is an understatement. I am not going to say that they aren't good with a standard bath, etc. or even a single coat dog. But if you have a double-coated dog like a Pom, I would go someplace else. Oh, and then they tried to make it be MY fault like I asked them to do this cut where there were places shaved down to his skin.

Traveling from out of town with our dog and she become unwell. We had no idea what could be…read morecausing her so much discomfort - panting, shaking and listless. Called on Monday morning. It is always a hectic time for vets. But she got a cancellation and scheduled us for about an hour after I called. (Even without the cancellation they offered for her to come in as an urgent care or take a 3:30pm.). They were very helpful, thoughtful and courteous. Exam went well. Vet was thorough and gentle. Our girl received some injections and meds for the next few days until we get home. Super kudos as they have Standard Process. If you are in the area - they have some excellent products. Our other dog was severely burned before we got him. In addition to standard treatment it was suggested we have try Standard Process a try.
