This was the first time for me and my sister visiting Branson--and apparently we decided to do it right! We were there with two friends we've known since 1966 (yes, we go way back... like, pre-selfie back), and figured an old-time photo was a must. Best decision ever--we had an absolute blast! Tamra got us all dolled up as our fabulous Dresser, Joe worked his magic behind the camera, and Zandy put on the finishing touches as Editor. The whole team was so friendly and professional... and somehow managed to keep straight faces while we laughed nonstop. Seriously, I don't think we've giggled that much since the '60s. This is one of the best old time photos. While in town wife wanted to do this and is recently deaf so don't know a whole lot of sign language yet. We have an app installed on her phone to communicate. Went to first one and lady in the place acted like it was an issue having to communicate the way my wife had to communicate. So we move on walk in to this old time photo and every one in the place spoke to her before speaking to me with not one issue of how to communicate had to be done. Although I enjoyed the idea of the experience- I was a bit disappointed in the rushed process and slimy sales pitch after. Not all the photos were great and we were pressured to get a package, when not all were great. Also the fact that I could not take a selfie was ridiculous, if anything taking a photo of yourself and posting it helps promote a place. But not everyone sees things in a big picture type of way. Additionally, I realize I may be coming from a different perceptive/state, but I felt some of the photographers comments were a little off putting. I realize the intention was to atleast make you laugh with how crazy he was sounding, but it was very cringy. read more

This is the second time for us to visit TNT Old Time photo! The first was 5 years ago and now the kiddos have grown we needed a new family picture! The staff does a great job interacting with our family and paying attention to every little detail. It was fun recreating our poses from 5 years ago and it has turned into a family tradition! Our younger girls now big girls were excited to wear the Victorian hoop dress while the guys were having fun recreating their poker photo shoot! The packages are reasonable for the quality you get. So much fun! The photographer was so chipper and helpful and open to any ideas we had. Great variety of costumes. They take a few different poses with multiple expressions so you have lots from which to choose. Our group had an absolute blast! Salespeople explain everything clearly but aren't pushy. June 29, 2023 This is our 2nd time to visit TNT. Our first time was a hoot my husband and I and our 10-year-old granddaughter had such a good time, lots of laughs with the employees and camera man. It was a wonderful experience as we had never done photos like these before. This time we weren't able to get there until on our way home. I have to say that things weren't quite the same. Granddaughter chose the Pirates this time and the owner stated in front of child that she disliked the Pirate theme and didn't understand why anyone would choose it. This made my granddaughter thinking she had chosen wrong. We were kind of rushed into dressing room and just was handed clothes to put on. Didn't give us any options on our costumes like last time. We were rushed into to the room where the sets and photography is my husband was already there and dressed in his outfit. When the photographer told my husband to come over to be in photo the pants the lady put him did not have a belt and were way too big and long. As the pants fell, he stepped on legs of pants slipped and down he went on the tiled or wood floor, on his back, hitting his head hard. He saw stars! My husband is 86 years old, and this fall could have been avoided had she taken the time to make those pants fit tighter. My husband is now in terrible back pain and shoulder pain and is having to get CT scan of his back and shoulder. Since this fall, he has hardly been able to walk. I'm replying to your response to the review I left on google. Because I had no other way to do it. You proved how horrible of a business this truely is. Shame on whoever wrote it for behaving that way. A good business owner would simply say I'm sorry and we hope you give us another chance would of been plenty. But you blamed us for everything and wrote several things in capital letters and using exclamation points which we all know is a way to yell at someone in writing. I don't recall coming there before, but can you remind me who I was with? I didn't choose your business my daughter looked it up and chose it. It's funny because you didn't even address several of the issues we had. Like the fact that we were rushed through the dressing process or the fact that the person helping my daughter dress didn't even take the time to realize her dress didn't fit. Or the fact that the person going through the pictures was so rude to us or that the last few pictures weren't even included. Let me explain a couple things to you. My whole mission as a mother is to make my daughter happy on her birthday. There were two different scenes she wanted that's why we did both. We had very little time to get it all done because we had to be back in Kansas that night so my husband could go to work the next day. So we didn't have time to just drop everything and say never mind let's go somewhere else. If we went through the pictures I could show you all the things I think could of been done better. We did have fun dressing up and the photographer was very sweet. But it was the other issues that upset not just me, but all of us. And we didn't buy 9 pictures we bought 7. So yes after dressing up we did choose 7 that we liked and even in a few of those I can point out flaws. Like my daughter's hand being on her hip but you can see mine wasn't ready. Just one example. I did want to take a lot of pictures because when you take a lot hopefully there is a few you will like. And we were told we could take as many as we wanted. So even as unhappy as we were we still spent over 250 dollars at your business. Shame on you for treating your customers so badly by yelling at them and blaming us for every way we were treated badly. And, last but not least to use god in your violent rant. God would never want you to behave like that. Which just proves what a hypercritical person and horrid business owner you truely are. read more

It was quick, no one rushed us though, and no one pressured us to buy anything that we didn't want. They were very friendly!!! The lady that helped us get dressed was awesome, helping us choose what we preferred, which was; nothing low cut and we wanted sleeves for our dresses. They make you feel very comfortable and are very professional. The place is very clean, including their restroom. Prices are reasonable. We had a family of 5 and we walked out of there with 2- 8 x 10"s photos with an enhanced color option for around $50. We could have selected just black & white or sepia for $40 plus tax. This place is great! It was fun and the staff had an amazing personality all the way through the process. It can get packed but they don't make you feel rushed at all! They also have different set ups and you get to try them all! There are also four different eras to chose from. Sort of the same era but different styles: saloon, Victorian, hillbilly and gangster.
