Terrible experience. Spent 45 minutes booking my pet in on website. Finally had to call and was told I did not have a reservation even though the site said I would be duplicating my reservation if I booked again. Did this on the phone with the owners rep. Then was told there were no spots available even the site reflected I had booked. Very upsetting and my family had to sit and wait through all this. read more

We boarded our precious fur babies, Chewie & Solo here this past weekend & was very pleased with the resort. Location was easy to find & near the cabin we were staying at. The receptionist/front lady who greeted us was very nice & polite which made us feel at ease on leaving our babies in their hands. The facility looked nice from what we saw of it. If we visit Branson again, we will definitely send our babies here! Nothing but good vibes here. read more

Little dogs are in a very hot room with a fan facing away from half of them. Staff is very friendly and areas are clean. Larger dogs have the grassy areas. read more

I took my Maltese and Shih- Bichon here to be groomed. Gave explicit directions on how to groom. My 6 year old Maltese has never had her ears cut short until now! They were to only trim her ears. Both dogs faces were not properly groomed. Upon calling to talk to the owner was told they would return my call. Never did! $120.00 for the worse haircut they have ever had. Guess they are not even interested in making it right. Never again! read more

I have been taking our Hank to the Pet Resort for two years now. Hank has been a guest there frequently over these two years and can't wait to get there again. The staff there is fantastic and each of them (Paula, Nina, Jospeh and especially Haley) treat Hank as if he were their own. Hank loves it at the Pet Resort and it's clear to me by the level of care he gets, the team at the Pet Resort loves him too!! I recommend them highly!! read more

if I could give this place a 10 I would!! but the highest it goes is 5!! I will recommend this place to every single dog owner I know. the price is reasonable and I really felt like my dogs were taken care of while there. they would send me pictures if I asked which gave me SO MUCH relief while on vacation and away from my dogs. (my dogs looked SO HAPPY in these pictures) my 2 dogs were able to stay in the same run which I think was very helpful for my older ones anxiety. 10/10 recommend this place!! read more

NOT HAPPY... picked her up.. She was wet, shaking because of being wet, and stunk bad. I went to unpack her stuff and all her food was gone. There was enough snacks to feed her 2 months. I marked every bag, with time how much. Missy always eats around 9 am and 6 for dinner. We got her bathed and dried about 11 am. She kept drinking so much water, which she never does. Finally I said I'm mixing her food up and see if she eats it. She ate that so fast plus licked the bowl and she never ever does that. I know I'm a new doggie owner but don't forget I owned a daycare and I know what to look for. I knew by adding stuff that I know she would never eat, I now know that animal place needs to be investigated. They said I couldnt see the place because how busy they were. Well let me tell you that's when red flags should of been going off. The owner is the one who signed her in and all she cared about is her dogs that can do tricks. The tricks is that you think they are cute and so your dogs will be taken good care of. They wouldn't even allow us to talk to the girls who were taking care of them. The best place in Branson to board your pets. I have been bring my pets here for over 10 years. When we vacation in Branson, this is the only place I would leave them. I'm very picky when it comes to my babies, the place is always clean and you can tell that the people there are real pet lovers. Many of the local Branson celebrities take their pets there. This is the second time I've left my dog Samson at the pet resort he can be a little hard to handle as pit bulls in there youth can be.
