The staff there are friendly and professional. The facility doesn't have fancy frills or live-streams but it's affordable price reflects that and my dogs could care less. The facility is incredibly clean--it's obvious that cleanliness is a top priority, and they're constantly keeping everything in great condition. Otis has struggled with separation anxiety, but by his third day at daycare, everything changed. Now he gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot and doesn't even look back at drop-off. That alone says everything about how comfortable and happy he is there. He comes home completely worn out from playing all day, which we love. We actually drive 25 minutes out of the way just to bring him here, and it is worth every single minute. I visited almost every daycare in town before choosing Unleashed Pets, and I can confidently say this is the best one. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place they can truly trust with their dog.

The doctor and staff were so kind. I could not have asked for anyone better to deal with the situation. They let us have time with our cat to say goodbye. We also got a clay ornament with his paws and name on it. I only had 10 days at home but I really wanted to try out All Dogs Unleashed even though they do their 14 day train & board. Mike worked with my schedule and made it all happen! I couldn't be happier with the results! We really brought our pup there for his separation anxiety, while that is a working progress, it has gotten SO MUCH BETTER. & we officially feel extremely confident with him even OFF LEASH. Something we thought would take YEARS to accomplish. We can get him to listen to everything we say. That isn't an exaggeration. For example. We took him on the plane with us the day after we got him back from mike, and he was INCREDIBLE. Everyone at the airport kept saying how insanely well behaved he was. Nothing could distract him or bother him. I would recommend everyone take their dog to Mike, even if they are kind of trained already. It just helps the dogs confidence and your own confidence. It's worth the money to have a pup that can be your best friend and go everywhere with you.

I really enjoy the proximity of the daycare to my house, right in Windsor Heights. Also, Kim handles business through a portal which makes it easy to pay, shows what additional services are available, and what I love most is she texts and uploads pictures of their walk and dog park adventures. She offers anything from nail clipping to boarding. I also like that she will come to your house and feed/let the dog out if you don't want your dog to stay away from home while you're gone. If your pooch is hanging out in a crate all day everyday like mine was, Kim offers a really great opportunity to get them out of the crate for a day(s) and running with a pack, which Pedro loves.
