If you love Funko pop and you are near any of the stores you must visit. The store is so fun and the employees are having a good time as well. What is not to love about being in Funko. Plenty of great photo ops all around the store. There are pops that you can only find at Funko. Pops exclusive to the Everett store as well. They even have Loungefly exclusive merch. And cherry on top, they have markdowns and a clearance section. We had a great time and felt our purchases were invaluable and a great value for what we paid. They also price match the Funko online store, they had a deal on the Pop yourself online and employee Sydnee made sure we were accommodated with the pricing.

What a fun experience! There is way more here than I thought there was going to be! The store is massive and there were so many fun photo ops inside! We were here way longer than expected and had so much fun shopping. The team was super friendly and we found a few things to bring home as souvenirs. Thank you for a fun day Funko!

A fun "FREE" kid or adult kid at heart must see. Here you can purchase Funko's or jut window shop. The selections were amazing everything from key chains $4.99$, to custom Funko $40.00$. The service was amazing they allowed you to just walk around and look peacefully and ready to jump in if you had questions or just wanted to talk about the new releases. This is definitely a must see if you are in Everett, Washington.

I had no idea this was close to us!! I'm not huge into Pop! but I do like taking pictures of cool things! We were in the area for something else and I wanted to go in and check it out. I didn't even see the characters outside over the door until we left! I had to start in the Harry Potter area! I got a few pictures of the Hagrid Pop! statue. Then I took a gander at some of the other things. Then I looked at the Star Wars stuff! I saw the machine to Pop! yourself and had to do it! I usually don't read all of the fine print (or prices) before I dive into cool stuff! I chose to do a two pack (myself and my husband). It's pretty straightforward and at the end it prints out a receipt that can compete with CVS for who has the longest. No one was in line so the lady took my receipt and proceeded to our Pops! We walked around the store to check out all the other statues and take pictures. It was quite the experience and I am glad we went!

Funko HQ - a "fun" place to visit with themes/categories for everyone. Wish they had more of the traditional standard Disney princess characters though. You can also make your own Funko character too!

Always fun to visit! We have been here twice this year and the goal is always to make someone in our family to give as gifts for Christmas. Our little girl enjoys making her family members. There's always one up beat guy that works at the register mainly and he's always so friendly and helpful. Wish I got his name to give him an amazing call out. Selection is always great, but we always leave with one Funko each and our one custom family member we made.

After living in the Seattle area for a few years, this was my first time visiting the Funko HQ store. I think they're fun but I don't collect Funko Pops. However, even for someone like me, this place was amazing! As soon as we entered, someone at a desk happily greeted us (security? It didn't seem intimidating, though). The Funko Pops were organized into sections with different themes. There were so many of them, I was a bit overwhelmed, but the good kind of overwhelmed. There were other products, too, like plushies, and OH- the backpacks. There are a plethora of small backpacks that are WORKS OF ART, I tell you! But they were quite pricey. The displays/interior design is what really made the place so wonderful to me. There was a Batmobile, Harry Potter themed walls/structure, giant Sailor Moon, Jack Skellington, etc... it was very cool. Lots of opportunities to take photos. Another highlight- you can create your own Funko Pops. You can make two at a time with accessories, and pets (extra cost), using their generator screens. The only downside to the store is that the prices for all products weren't always clear. They were kind of randomly displayed on the wall in the general area, or just nonexistent for certain things (plushies). This is not enough of an issue to take away a star, though. I think this is a fun spot to visit once with friends/family, even if you know you'll never buy a Funko Pop. I think it's an incredible place for collectors to return to again and again!

If you come to the HQ store expecting to find the rare finds, chase, or anything along that line, give it up. There are locals (stores selling Funko) down the street. You don't think they would beat you to any rare finds? Yea. Sure, you can come and be "wowed" by the amount of Funko Pops because ALL the retail stores have reduced their shelf space for Funko Pop because they aren't selling as much as they used to. You can argue that some are sold out right away and what not. But the fact remains true and businesses aren't giving shelf space for items that aren't selling for items that are. Give it up. During my visit, I haven't found ANY sold out Pops or Loungefly that you can't find anywhere else. As a matter of fact, you may as well order online because you DO NOT collect loyalty points by buying in the store. I can tell you why Funko is failing as a business in many ways. But this isn't the platform for it.

I ordered a Stephen Cobert Funco look alike and they took my money and never received item. This happened 9/4/2025.

Such a cute experience! We wanted to make our own funko that looked like us. You can do this on their website but at the Everett store it takes 10 min or so. We went straight to the computers to make ours and had a fun time designing them. I had heard adding features would change the price but even adding a skillet of breakfast food to one of ours didn't increase the price. There was a two pack option which came out to around $60. They're so cute!! Even though we chose out of the box, we received it in a box because we had entered our names in to be printed on a box so of course.. we needed the box! We love it like this so much more. The store itself is not huge but definitely a lot more going on in there than I expected. I loved going around taking pics of the large funko statues. The Harry Potter area was of course my favorite! But the Batcave was a close second! And sailor moon was a fun surprise!

Great experience to make your own customized Funko Pop for $30 plus tax. They even throw in a free Figure if you buy two and with my anniversary coming up had to get one of the boyfriend and myself. They were quick to get them fitted with their sunglasses and different accessories like a fishing pole or king rod. You could walk down the same aisle countless times and another head would catch your eye inviting you to look at the whole section where you'll see the whole cast of Avatar both from Pandora and the Nickelodeon series staring back at you. Part of the store was closed off but snagged a photo of the funko hulkbuster ready to throw down. It was a great family experience that we all left with a funko pop for the whole family and more!

Funko has become a worldwide phenomenon with their creative marketing strategies. The Funko pops and Loungefly backpacks can be seen at various conventions and throughout pop culture stores in the mall. With that being said, it's nice to have a store that is completely dedicated to the brand. Funko has a couple of stores on the west coast, one in Los Angeles/Hollywood and another one in Everett, Washington. Since I had an opportunity to visit both stores, I can say that there are many similarities and several differences between the two. The Everett location is much smaller. It still has a lot of the sculptures for photo ops and themed locations within the store. Also, they have many of the popular funko pops readily available for purchase. However, they do not have a large selection of Loungefly bags in comparison to the Los Angeles store. The Everett location still has that magical appeal though. The window display is absolutely adorable and was carefully planned out to catch the eye of patrons sauntering past the store. Everything is so bright and colorful inside and out. The vibe is so upbeat and you really could spend a couple of hours in the store. One thing that I do have to say is that there wasn't a lot of seating for customers who were waiting for custom funko pops or those who were just trying to rest up for a bit. There was one bench near the custom pop pickup counter. Other than that, there really wasn't anywhere else to sit. The Funko store is pretty cool! If you are one who loves animation or anything that pertains to pop culture, then this is the place for you! I have a Funko Pop and Loungefly collection that I really love. So, this store was definitely something that I could appreciate. The only thing is that if you visit the Los Angeles location first, you might be taken aback by the smaller size of the Everett location. However, both stores are epic, so it's worth checking them out if you are able to do so.

This was a really fun store. Not only do they have a huge variety of funko items for sale, they have a decent inventory of loungefly items in various fandoms. They also give you the opportunity to make a custom funko, which was really cool. I love how the store is sectioned out into the different universes (Harry Potter, Marvel, Disney, etc). Just know going in they are not going to have every funko available on display because the store would need to be 20x larger. I'm excited I was able to grab another of the Eeveelutions I don't yet own.

So much fun, even for grandma. Iconic cartoon figures that are life-size, kids get to create their very own character from boxes of noses and ears, eyes and mouths. Pure creative genius for these guys to dream it up. Brava, Funko Peeps. read more

We live pretty far away from here, took us almost 2 hours to get up there, but my nine-year-old was so happy when we walked through the door! They have every TV show, movie, anime, and much much more that you could ever think of! Even ones that aren't even on TV anymore! Although we did not spend as much time in the store as we did driving it was well worth it! I wouldn't say it's something we would do every month but we will be up again at least once a year to check out what they have and to buy more! Children and adults alike will like this place! Let your inner nerd out and stop by! read more

A very awesome place to go visit and buy merchandise. We went on a Sunday afternoon. Parking was kind of tough since there was a street event/farmers market going on. There was a line outside to enter and we waited for about 15 minutes. Once we got in, we were greeted by an employee and gave us the rundown on the pricing and map. We just roamed around everywhere. It was awesome seeing the huge statues and figures. We ended up getting 10 pop figures. I thought we were only going to get a couple. No regrets. It's definitely a great and fun place to visit! read more

Walking into Funko was like walking into a mini theme park! So many things to look at, you could spend hours just walking around. A great place to bring your kids and if you're a collector you'll love it. Worth seeing the displays alone. read more

This store is unbelievable. The merchandising is better than I have ever seen. Disney could learn from Funko. The prices in the store are really reasonable. If you passing through Everett, I would highly recommend stopping and checking out the store. read more

This is definitely one of my favorite places to bring people that are from out of state. A lot of people have heard of the pop dolls but haven't got to see them at their best. It's a fun atmosphere and the life size pop dolls they're so awesome! If you are a fandom of any type they have something for you they have almost every kind of doll and even ones I was really surprised they had. I really like their new customization option it makes A pop doll of your own. Their prices are the best that you will find anywhere. read more

There isn't much to do in Everett, Washington, my ship pulled in there for a few days so I decided to go downtown for an evening to see what was up. The Funko headquarters is really cool if you have their toys and collections! I don't, but I thought I would stop by anyway. The displays were very interesting and the kids at this place felt like there were in a cartoon, the way they were running around and having a blast. Would recommend if you have the chance to go! read more

This is such an amazing place great for fans of all ages! Theres so much pop culture in one spot that no matter how many times you walk through you always end up seeing something new. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make sure everyone was doing alright and answered any questions guests may have had. First off, I am a Funko fan, so am unduly prejudiced in the review. The store is amazing, with giant Funko bobble heads throughout, and even a sixties Batmobile with Adam West you can sit in. As far as inventory, I have found amazing bobbles that I have never seen anywhere else. The amount of licenses that the company has is astounding and you can literally find something for almost any fandom you have, including music and historical figures as well. Even if you don't buy anything from the store (and honestly, how could you not?) the experience of walking through the store is worth the trip alone. read more

This place is amazing and an absolute MUST for any Funko collector/fan if you find yourself in the area. Hell, even if you are remotely close it's worth the drive out to Everett and then some. You could easily spend many hours here - SO many Pops (obviously) but they also have a great selection of other items too like t-shirts and accessories - definitely some things that you will not easily find elsewhere. The giant Pop figures throughout the store are so cool - each area has it's own theme (Star Wars, Marvel, DC, Harry Potter etc). The center of the store features Funko's exclusive Wetmore Forest creatures who are soooo cute! The employees are super cool and helpful - they "get" the fan culture and it's evident. But my favorite part was that the prices were VERY reasonable - $10 for regular Pops and $15 for exclusives etc. (They provide you a price list when you come in) Didn't see any chases while I was there BUT I did pick up 2 brand spanking new items which were not available via retail yet so that was a bit of a thrill :) Definitely check out the make your own Pop section where you can make your own Freddy or monster. You can definitely have some fun with that and again, just $15 to do. Parking was easy - went twice over the course of 2 days, 2 different times of the day and easily found a space. I didn't encounter a line to get in and experienced only a short wait at the checkout (I went on a Tuesday morning just after opening/Wednesday afternoon around 4pm) Even if you are not a collector or a fanatic you can still have a great time in here just looking at the big Pops - so many awesome photo ops. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys pop culture - there's truly something for everyone here. read more

A cool company that has created an even cooler shopping experience. I went on opening day and was in awe of the amount of detail and selection. Like others have said, it has the excitement and feel of a theme park. If you're looking for vaulted, chase, or other characters that you can't find at the store, be sure to check out the local comic book shop. read more

Super impressive displays, it really feels like you're in a tiny theme park. The staff was friendly and courteous. Definitely a cool store! I look forward to the Pop building station to be completed. This isn't really a "museum." It's a toy store just to clarify with really awesome displays and friendly employees. It only gets four stars because you have to walk around with a price list rather than having the price listed near the displays or on the items. I know as a collector you probably don't want a sticker on the box but if they even had the price list somewhere nearby it wouldn't waste paper and energy. Other than that, kid friendly and spacious (though it is smaller than what we thought based on its advertising). Street parking. A little pricey for non figurine items. Fair pricing on the shirts. You can customize a couple of Funko, wish they had a larger selection for that. read more

What a fun shop! My friend and I were meeting for a happy hour near here, and she suggested we go by this store, I hadn't heard of it. It was so much fun! All the decorations, made for great photo opportunities for me to play with my new phone's camera, lots of fun fandom trinkets. Staff was friendly and helpful. We even made our own Funko creations! Great stop if wandering around Everett! read more

Found this place on accident when I was eating lunch with my 10 year old and we spotted a giant Batman statue atop an adjacent parking garage. After eating we headed over. AMAZING. It's like walking into a magical toy factory from a dream. It's parceled out into different themed areas and it feels like numerous experiences in one building. Clean bathrooms (always a plus). My 10 year old was in heaven. We have already went back one other time and will certainly be back again. read more

This place is so cool. They have huge displays of everything I geek out on. I'm talking Star Wars, Harry Potter, Disney, superheroes, musicians, football players. Amazing. It was so hard to choose a few and not go absolutely nuts in here. The displays are so cool, you want to run around and get photos with everything, including a classic Batmobile with Batman driving. I left with just four: Boba Fet, Princess Leia, Black Panther, and Wonder Woman. I could have done so much more damage, but we were in a time crunch. I'm glad to know this place is here...great gift ideas. read more

For people with mobility issues but not in a wheel chair are there places where they can sit to rest?

None that I recall. They are a shop with numerous decorations, not quite a place to sit and hangout. I would ask if you can borrow a chair while your family shops. I suspect they would accommodate.

I know it's a Pop store, but do they happen sell any plush baby Yodas?

Baby Yoda plushies are not on sale yet. They will have Baby Yoda/The Child Pop's, but those are not available until the Spring (you can preorder).

Ooh have fun! There shouldn't be any lines but even during a weekday it was a tad busy. Easy enough to get around by lots of little ones running and being generally annoying. Otherwise, you should be good!

We bought 3 shirts while visiting that were labeled as Large, but they are either a women's L or a Unisex Medium. Definitely disappointed since we wont be back to Whidby for another year, so returning them is not an option. For a $27 t-shirt, I would hope the could at least label the sizes correctly. Hopefully they can properly re-label their current stock going forward.

Before she bought a dress, she asked Anna Marie what the return policy is (our first time to this store on the block). Store credit was not mentioned, just return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Great, so she bought it. When we came back within the 14 day window, we asked the store rep for a return, with receipt and tag, never worn. She called Anna Marie who asked the rep "what item is it", "how much did she spend?", etc. questions. Why does it matter how expensive the item is before you make a decision? We asked to talk to her on the phone and asked for an exception this one time for a refund and not store credit. She said no, absolute zero flexibility. She asked to send store credit via email, no thanks. We grabbed a shirt and apron, paid extra, and walked out, because we won't be back. I get it's a business, but that's not the best approach. Post signs, be transparent about your policy. Don't tell us it's on the receipt after the item has been purchased. It's not about the $58, it's about the principle and about my mom feeling bad that she didn't know what questions to ask and how. We would have been happy to return if she would have expressed understanding or talked to us in a way that hospitable, as we are locals and frequent this block. We've never had issues with any other stores here. Update: She called to "explain herself" and to tell me that she needed the price and the item details to know what vendor it belonged to. That doesn't change anything about being money oriented.. That was the first thing she's concerned about and didn't care about the circumstances - I heard the phone call. And she still could have done the return regardless of vendor - she didn't deny that. She didn't care earlier we said there is lack of transparency about the store credit, and didn't care about the language barrier. She said she called to "explain herself" about that too since she is a fellow POC herself. Oh, funny how she cares about that now.. We saw her face to face when she came into the store later to do the exchange for my mom. Not a single word then, she only said "sorry you have to return the dress". To add insult to injury.. when I asked over and over why she's calling us, she kept repeating "I'm calling to explain myself." Not apologetic, not admitting any wrong, just concerned about how she's perceived. I'm not changing my review, and we'll take our business to every other store on 1st street.

My mom loved Hawaii and loved the Pacific Northwest, so I asked for tropical arrangements, PNW arrangements, and a large display that included both. Liz did that exceedingly well! She even included horsetails with the PNW look, something that is very unique and not typically part of any arrangements that I have seen. I appreciated being able to talk to her on the phone when needed, as well as the quick response I got an emails. On the day of the event, we were short one arrangement, so her team put together an additional arrangement on the spot. The final bill surprised me! I thought we would be paying much more than the final amount turned out to be.

I visited Funko's HQ store in Everett, WA on a Monday morning and had an amazing experience. Parking was super easy--I quickly found free street parking across the street for 90 minutes or 2 hours. Walking into the store felt like entering the Disneyland of Funko Pop culture. The store is divided into various sections, each dedicated to different themes. There was a fantastic Japanese Funko section with anime pop figures and Godzilla, and I was thrilled to see the largest Sailor Moon and Goku Funko figures. The superhero section was equally impressive, featuring characters like Joker, Batman, and Robin. There was also a magical Disney section and a spellbinding Hogwarts section. I was genuinely surprised by the sheer variety and volume of Funko figures on display. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, adding to the positive experience. Although I didn't create my own Funko, it's an exciting option for those interested. Overall, it took me about 30 minutes to wander around and explore everything the store had to offer. This was a really fun place to go. I love funko so HQ was a huge bucket list item. I suggest making sure you have time to spend looking at everything and building ur own custom monster or Freddy. I felt a bit rushed by the person I visited with and wish I would of spent a little more time looking around. Very cool if your into Funkos or just a fun place to take your kids. read more
