This place was fun for my wife and I to bring our son once the pandemic started to calm down, however todays visit left a bad taste in our mouth. We have a younger kid so we mainly take advantage of the indoor playground and this is the basis of my review. They have completely neglected this area and it shows. There were no balls in the ball pit, all the interactive activities they had there are not working or missing all their pieces. I can tell they've moved towards investing more in video games, etc..which is fine but as far as an indoor playground it's no longer a feasible option for us. read more

First time here and we had a really good time. My son loved bouncing outside and the staff were amazing. The indoor arcade was okay, not many games and it's kind of small. But the best part was that it wasn't so packed. This was a major disappointment. My 10 year old daughter and I bought a 3 hour unlimited passes, get in to find many of the arcade games are out of order, there aren't very many to begin with, and the allegedly "cool" stuff to do isn't working either. Wall climb closed due to weather. It had rained earlier and this part is out front/outside. Not sure why it stayed closed, but ok. We were told to definitely try the VR Reality games by an employee Bc it's "pretty cool". Would have loved to. It was out of order too. We asked and were told the manager can fix it and it's not really broken. Waited around, nothing. Asked again, employee shocked manager didn't come back and stated she would send him. Again waited and again nothing. We bailed after 45 minutes and just let them keep the money. Not worth even asking for a refund or rain check. Laser tag was ok, to be fair. Ask for confirmation that all the things you want to do are available before paying and wasting your time. read more

This place was so much fun! Great location, a bunch of fun activities to do, looks pretty new, place was clean, amazing fun and helpful staff and even a mini bar for the grown folk! All the kids here were having a blast and the adults were either playing too or supervising with a beer to cool them down. I tired the laser tag and it was so much fun! Staff showed me how to play because I was seriously lost, but after a bit I think i got the hang of it lol. Def recommend this place. 10 out of 10! Prices are good, i like the package options cause you get more for your buck. Laser tag area was huge! There's like An arcade and even a play pen area for the smaller ones. The place was clean and we were attended quickly, we arrived just before closing so they let us play as long as we wanted. Took my family to this amazing spot in wynwood. My kids from the moment we walked in where amazing with the things that they offer. From the bumper cars to laser tag and VR rides it was a 5 star experience. We also had dinner here and nothing but greatness was coming out of that kitchen. A must try is the burger! This spot is an unexpected fun place in the middle of Wynwood. I came here for a kid's birthday party and was pleasantly surprised. They immediately check temperatures as you enter and I noticed them wiping down surfaces often, which is reassuring. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating and the games are pretty well-kept. I enjoyed the laser tag which was really cool and the bumper cars, which is unexpected in a space like this. Also, even though it's a kid's place, they sell beer & wine, so I could definitely see myself coming here again with some friends! read more

This was supposed to be a special day for my son, and he had fun, but there were numerous issues. When the first children arrived they were given their cards, they did not work. When I spoke to staff they informed me I purchased the classic party. Thankfully I brought my receipt that reflected that I bought the deluxe package with an add on of $10 arcade cards. Some children received the updated cards, but at least 4 did not. Their cards never worked. Also, we were put in the Neptune room, way too small for our party. The receipt stated I purchased the Jupiter room, a much larger space. My husband and I went to FunDimension two days prior to make sure all the details were in place, so we wouldn't have a headache. After spending over $1200 at FunDimension's to make our son's birthday party special we are left with a sad feeling. read more

We hit FunDimension twice in January. After PlayIn closed its doors, we were happy to see a replacement in the neighborhood. We bought the 12 buck pass which allows for all day play in the climbing area. Rock Star (4 years old) had a ball climbing through the various levels and also with the giant Lite Brite piece down below. While baby climbed, I walked around checking out the place. Both times I visited he was mostly occupied with the climbing area. When he wanted to head to the arcade, we headed there and he had a ball. The first time we visited I didn't even but a card for the arcade, he dug hanging with the big kids and touching everything, pulling levers, etc. An older boy invited him to participate in an air hockey game which was cool. The second time we purchased a card and loaded it enough for 1 or two games. A little girl invited him to ride the bumper car which was fantastic- I'm not sure he is tall enough to go alone and didn't check out the height requirement. Out of the corner of my eye I spied wine (of course I did) and yes indeeeeedy there is Rose! And others! Beer for you beer drinkers! There is a food bar of with a bar of sorts and a variety of offerings signed to appeal to both the bebes and adults. I think adding a veggie burger option and making a few of the salads a bit heartier might be pleasing to the growing vegetarian/vegan demographic. Jus' sayin'. That said, skinny fries and a glass of rose while my bebe safely enjoys himself? Alllllllll good! Now, the first time I visited I found the staff to be enthusiastic and extremely helpful. The owner (love to see a woman running the show!) was very busy and appeared to be extremely attentive. The staff appeared to be happy to be there and there was a general good vibe. The second time we were there, it seemed that they were actually pretty understaffed. There were folks who clearly had been waiting for food and things seemed confused and sort of disjointed. Wasn't as smooth as the first time. Will be interesting to see how the spot fares as time passes...we will be back for sure! read more

I never write reviews, this is my first time. I was a paying customer and chaperone for my son's middle school. I was first greeted by the manager Naxle. From the second I met her,I felt I was amongst a professional. Its so refreshing to see someone care so much about the business they work for. She went above and beyond making sure our kids got in safe and setup with games fast! We had a great party room with cool interactive lights and sound. The food and drink they supplied was great. The games blew my mind. Virtual reality, old school arcade ticket style games, virtual reality movie theatre and lots more. All the kids were having a blast! Every single employee was courteous, helpful and informative. You can feel good vibes throughout the place. You can tell there is good ownership involved. I met the owner Joyce and she was great. I can't say enough about this establishment. They exceeded my expectations which is maybe the reason i'm writing this. Or maybe its from all the fun I had. Off to a bad start. Slowest check in process. Been checking in the past 30 minutes. Nonchalant staff. Staff walking around unhelpful. They lost our reservations. We had to pay again. The place itself is ok. The arcade doesn't have that many games but enough to keep the kids entertained. There are some cool things to do including laser tag, a virtual reality features, a play obstacle, bumper carts. Now time to do the brunch. What a disaster. The brunch has waffles with fruit, eggs, bacon n sausage. The waffles, bacon n sausage came out without the eggs. We were told the eggs would be out right after. We waited 20 minutes for the eggs. That is ridiculous. Either bring it all out together or not at all but please do not bring me a incomplete meal. Who n where does that? Overall I would not come back nor would I recommend this place. This place is not worth the money. My spouse, my stepson & I got the $69 each, 3 hour unlimited package which includes $30 each for the arcade games. The deal seemed to be great until you actually go in and see that almost half of, already small amount, of arcade games are out of service, only two out of five cars are working in bumper cars, the VR equipment is beat up, and the 7D glasses are so blurry that you can barely make out what's on the screen. On top of that they definitely are not following COVID protocol. I didn't see one person cleaning equipment and only one hand sanitizer station was somewhat working. The best part of this place was the laser tag but definitely not worth going here for. Theres also very little parking which you have to pay $10 for. Keep in mind this is the Wynwood area so you would have to find parking on the street and also pay. There's a food place inside but I cannot speak for it since I did not eat there. Went here to check it out after reading good reviews online. Online there is an advertised deal for coming after 7pm and getting a discount for 2 hours of play- when I asked about this, the front staff had not heard of that promotion, because of this we ended up purchasing the one hour unlimited game package that was advertised to include all games, attractions and virtual reality games. Upon trying my first game we found that my game card was not working, which is fine, glitches happen- the issue was that it took an additional 15 minutes to fix the error, which resulted in my party completing their time 20 minutes before me and having to wait for me to finish. The bumper car area is incredibly small and some games do not work. We could not get the virtual reality systems to work with our cards either and after having spent so long initially trying to fix my card, we decided to forgo that attraction. The laser tag arena was very cool, but no one explained to us if there was a base/ what happens when you're shot/ what your aiming for/ if they're any other objectives to the game. They just placed the vests on us and sent us out. Overall I was very disappointed because this looked like a place with a lot of potential but the problems that continued to arise lead to the evening being more frustrating than fun. read more
