Disappointed with overall experience. Food took too long and when we followed up, the food came but everything was cold. Also when they delivered the food, I asked the server which burger was which. She couldnt tell me because she said it was her first day so she doesnt know. To Daniel, while we appreciate the staff's efforts to refund us and give us gift cards, which we did not ask for, I do not appreciate your reply. You received one star because of the quality of the food and the lack of training by your new staff member. As a paying customer, it is only fair to expect quality food and service. You are mistaken if you think your gift cards and refund can bribe us and prevent us from submitting an honest review. You obviously need additional customer service training. read more

We ordered takeout, my classic burger was delicious, juicy and full of flavor. The chili cheese fries were also so yummy, cheesy and good chili. Definitely coming back to dine in. Looks like fun spot to watch a game. read more

We came here to celebrate with tball team end of season party. Though we had a pretty big party. I was surprised how quickly our food was served to us . The server separated each order per family and served the meals together by table. It was nice getting to eat at the same time with my family, vs waiting for each person to be served individually. . We ordered the bbq burger, patty melt, mac and cheese, and a kids chikenfun meal. The bbq burger was delicious. We were surprised at the portion of mac and cheese that we bought our son. We purchased the full sized portion without chicken. It was huge, We got to play some video games, while they had a nice variety of claw machines and some video games, a good majority of the machines were broken. Despite thie broken machines, we still had fun. read more

Just awful tasteless hamburger and close to $13 for one hamburger you would think that it had some flavor. It went in the trash plus I had to wait over 20 minutes to get it. Greasy cold and the condiments were wilted lettuce, really thin slice of tomato and two little pickles. They need to improve what they are doing there for this price point Can't understand why anyone would recommend this place. Improvements definitely need to be made. read more

We held our flag football team party here and it was beyond great. We ordered several pizzas for the players which were very good. We reserved the back room for approximately 25 people and there was plenty of more room available. The staff and manager were very accommodating and constantly checking in on us. I highly recommend Funburger for anyone seeking a team party event or just a great place to enjoy a meal. Thank you to all staff, we will back soon. read more

The BBQ was excellent! We had the baby back ribs, salad, Texas toast and SoCal Chickfun sandwich. We intended to take half the rack home to enjoy for lunch, but couldn't stop eating - they were so yummy! And Kevin and the rest of the team were attentive and made for a great experience. Looking forward to going back! read more

Food was good! I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and my husband got the smash burger. Service was good and quick. Ambiance was nice but quiet for a weekend. read more

I was excited to try this place... it looked so cute on the outside. Inside, I was a little disappointed. The paint was peeling on the wall and it just opened a month before. But there were several TVs (including one MONSTEROUS ONE!) around the place and it appears that they are trying to make it like a sports bar. The only problem with that is it is set up where you order from the front, pay, they give you a number and you go sit down. Which would be fine, but if you are there to watch a game, that means you have to get up any time you want to order another beer or more food. And you get a separate charge again. Our order came boxed to go even though we said we were eating there and they screwed up my order. That being said, the food was REALLY good! My husband got the spicy chicken sandwich and RAVED about how good it was. I ordered the fun Burger Cheese Bomb but was given Beer Cheese fun burger - so that was frustrating, but the burger was still good. We shared some beer cheese fries which were great but a little soggy (probably because they were sitting in that to-go box). And our son got the original fun burger and regular fries which he REALLY enjoyed. Here's the thing... I will give them some passes as they did just open a month prior and they are obviously still figuring some things out. They also have a GREAT selection of tap beers which I will also give them points for. They had my favorite Belching Beaver and Cali Creaming so that also gets them lots of points. I also think the food selection is great and LOVE that they had many fun options for sides - like avocado fries, fried green beans, and more! So, I WILL go back. Hopefully, they will have fixed their staffing/delivery issues. One last comment, I think it is REALLY LAME that they feature a FERRARI on the top of their website and on the screens in the store. I understand that I am eating there and helping you pay for that Ferrari, but why on EARTH wouldn't you feature YOUR FOOD ON YOUR WEBSITE AND MENUS? NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR FERRARI! We want your yummy food and beer. GEESH! read more

Pros: Fries, Onion rings were great. Cons: Expensive. You would think the fries are included with the price of the burgers....You can tell it's family owned by how unorganized the service was. (I love to support family owned businesses btw)...The meat on the burger was raw, and the bun was cold. If it wasn't for the prices, I would give this place another try. read more

I'm starting by saying we visited this restaurant twice prior and the food is very good but the service tends to be lacking. We put this in perspective to the amount of diners on those other occasions and that the wait staff are very young. Today we took family for an early dinner. We had been telling them about our prior experience and our 6 guests were looking forward to trying it. We sat in the game room area because we had three children. We ordered. Our food came in bits and pieces. Our daughter had to ask multiple times when her fries were coming. The server advised she needed to order separately and we all told him she did. By the time they came, she had finished her burger. We asked 4 times for our garlic bread. We were never offered refills on our drinks. We had to constantly remind the server we had asked on multiple occasions. My husband ended up going into the main area to ask for his garlic bread for the 5th time expecting to see a very busy dining area. We were the only ones there at 5 pm. The cooks and the one server were chatting. Garlic bread still wasn't ready after 30 minutes! The young server mentioned he wasn't supposed to work but came in...and no help was coming. A super disappointing experience and this, based on the past minor service experiences, made our decision not to return read more

Tried them today, was craving a good burger. Had the BBQ Bacon burger, it was delicious! The restaurant itself is fun lots of sport screens and great music. No alcohol yet, but plenty of beer taps on the wall. They are pending their liquor license. Try it! It's yummy! read more

Great Smashburger all types of beers and games for the kids great atmosphere. Large tv fun place to eat.

A friend and I wanted to try this place as we had some coupons. We had never been here and thought it would be a good place to go. WRONG. It was not fun at all. We arrived at 1:20, after the lunch rush. It was not crowded in the main area but there was some kind of kid sports group in the back room. The waitress came to take our order, but we had not had menus as yet. After we got the menus we waited. There were 4 other tables who were waiting but my friend and I were the second to be there. And we waited. And we waited. And we waited some more. We called the waitress over and she waved us off saying she'd be there soon. And so we waited again. And waited. Finally she brought beer over to the men at the table. Oh did I say we were female? More beer to the gents. There was also two men who came after us also just sitting and sitting and they got up to say something. Finally the waitress came to them and took their order. Totally ignored us and went on. There was another waitress who must have served the family who was there earlier but she too ignored us. That table was right next to us. After 35 minutes of being ignored, we finally got up and walked out. I asked for the manager. Guess what? The manager and the waitress were one and the same. We never got to try this place. And we never will as the service was the worst. read more

Amazing spot to have fun and enjoy a good meal! A lot of choices of craft beers and price is very affordable!

Fun burger is a great place to eat delicious food and drink ice cold beer! Their burgers are very good you cant go wrong with any of them. Their BBQ is amazing, full of flavor, and the best we've had in town. Their selection of beers on draft is also very broad, from porters to blonds and IPAs. We definitely enjoy coming here with our family. The kids really enjoy the arcade, and we enjoy catching the game. The place has a great ambiance and is great for kids. Fun burger also has great service, they are constantly checking on you, and they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Food comes out quick and hot! read more

Decided to check this place out based on the curb appeal and reviews from their Simi location. I was thrown off by how Smoky it was inside the business. Not sure if their ventilation isn't up to par but it was very very overwhelming they just recently opened so maybe they are still working out the kinks. Staff was very friendly. I ordered the signature burger because it was supposed to be better than the others and it has such a strange taste to me...I'm not sure what seasonings were in it, but it did not complement the beef at all. I was also so confused because you can see the burgers are char broiled however this burger tasted anything but Char broiled. Husband had a chicken sandwich and he said it was very bland and lacked flavor. Beer cheese fries saved the trip from being a total wash. Their fries are pretty decent and you can't go wrong with cheese fries. read more

We decided to return and give Funburger another try. We're so glad we did because it did not disappoint. We were greeted promptly and taken such great care of by Lauren. The drinks were promptly served and cold! The food has definitely improved and the addition of their new BBQ items are a hit! I had the Brisket which was so tender you could cut it with a fork. It melted in your mouth and the flavor was amazing. My wife had the chili dog and my son had the sliders. Both of them raves about the taste and portions. As a surprise, they brought us a sampling of their new BBQ Beef Ribs coming soon on the menu. They were outstanding! The best I have had anywhere in the SCV. Thank you Funburger! We'll be back for sure!! read more

So let me start this review off by saying do not believe the few one star, no friend, no pictures, no profile picture having reviews of this restaurant! They are complete BS. I mean you don't even have to believe my review but do yourself a favor and give it a try it for yourself Husband and I ate here last night and it was absolutely delicious! He had the signature burger with double patty and you could totally taste that this beef was far superior to your normal burger joints. I would be surprised if an award for Best Burger wasn't in the near future. IJS Itried the barbecue chicken salad and it was delicious as well!! Although we didn't drink any beer this time because we had a business meeting right after (we probably should have ‍) but I asked for future reference and they have 40 beers on tap Funburger has an awesome atmosphere and I'm so glad we tried it while we were in town. We would totally be watching the game here if we lived in the area. Sports bar meets arcade meets beer bar I mean what more do you want? read more

They should call this place the Unpleasant Burger. With so many Burger places popping up, a person would think that this place would step it up a notch. My wife and I went here for this first time yesterday, and there were 2 people in the whole place. That should have been my sign to get out of Dodge. I noticed a delivery truck was there dropping off cases of Frozen Patties through the front door where the customers arrive. The cases of Burgers are from Harris Ranch Beef. Apparently, their Burgers are Angus Beef. Needless to say, these Burgers were "meh". Very dry and no flavor in the meat. The Buns were cold and not even grilled. Very overpriced for a Basic 1/4 Burgers with cheese, more than $10. However, the Onion Rings were excellent and the Garlic Parmesan Fries were good. On that note, I will not be back for just sides. Overall, I give it a 2 due to the sides being good. So many other Burger places to choose from in Santa Clarita. Skip this place, you are not missing anything special. read more

BEST BURGERS!! We've been driving out to Simi Valley to eat at Fun Burger (that's how good it is) so I'm super excited to have one in SCV. Not so fun unfortunately.... The girl at the front when we walked in was super nice. Actually every employee there at the time was super kind. We came in after a long day of being at the soccer field. Had really high hopes as the coach bragged about the great beers on tap and the TV screens. On his defense, the beers and TV's were definitely the best part. The food unfortunately was not war I had hoped it would be. I did make the mistake of ordering a turkey burger, but I was hopeful it was going to be super tasty. I did however order the green bean fried and sweet potato fries which I'd say for me saved the meal. If I ever went back, I would just fill up on those. The other things we purchased were the kids nuggets and a kids burger. The burger was on point and pretty good )says my daughter), but unfortunately the nuggets didn't hit the spot. My son bit into one and it was not cooked on the inside. Wasn't to thrilled about that as you could imagine. However, the kind staff were very understanding and handled the situation very professionally. It's nice that they have some arcade game sthwre to keep the kids entertained. Have us adults a chance to actually eat our food... The reason for the 3 stars wasn't even the nugget situation. I was just hoping the food would hit a bit differently. Had some pretty big expectations and unfortunately they weren't met. May give it another go in hopes of a more solid experience. Might just involve more beer and a good game on the televisions. read more

I got the signature fun burger. It was great. Loved the bread that it came on. I got the garlic parm fries, which i could have gone without. They didn't taste like much. The ambiance is really cool- large tv and a lot of places to sit. The service was a little strange. You order up front they bring you your food but don't ask them to do anything else lol i asked for my drinks and the person was like shocked i asked them for help.. read more

I took a group from work to FunBurger today. I had been a few times and loved it so i figured i would bring them in! 5 of us got there in the middle of lunch time, we all placed separately within a few mins and got our drinks and were able to sit down and watch some game replays from the day before. With what seemed like moments later the food starting flying to the table. everyone got different burgers and sides, i got a small burger and a pizza ( ya ya ya from a pizza place) I'm a pig what can i say. The burgers are delicious! everyone there was very happy with their burgers and sides. Stand out sides for us were the sweet potato fries, deep fried green beans and onion rings. The pizza was delicious! The sauce is fantastic and the cheese blend is so so good! I was very happy with it! Overall this place is definitely a must go! Oh i almost forgot, they have 40 yes 40 handles of beer to choose from, i'll be back for more!!! read more

Excellent burgers and awesome selection of beer. Must have been 20 or more beer taps. They have wine too - plus the Arcade. Went for the first time over the weekend. They had customers and a party going on, 3 waiters/waitresses. Took forever to put in our order. When we got our order, she forgot our drinks. So we started to eat, my burger was COLD! And i ordered no tomato, and there was a tomato, glad im not allergic. I had ordered fries and my husband ordered onion rings, we both got each other side. My husband's burger was a little bit warm. My husbands ice in his drink was dirty, there was ketchup ( im guessing) frozen into ice cube. Our waitress, never heard me call her, so i grabbed another waiter to tell him about it. He changed out the drink. As were ready to go, hard to get our waitress, so i grabbed another waiter to get our bill. That took some time to get. And getting a to go container didnt take long to get. We left a small tip. This was our first and LAST time coming here. I DO NOT recommend this place. Didnt stand up to all the hype they put out when they opened up here. read more
