Funburger is a weird place. You don't know if you should order at the counter or just go sit at a table or wait to be served. Staff are nice. The food is good and delivered pretty quick. I ordered the fun burger and its taste comparable to a classic bigboy or in-n out burger. Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and "fun sauce" . Burger was good tasting. Bun soft, crispy veggies and decent size patty. Good solid burger. The one thing I noticed is the size of the burgers. Classic size....not small or large. Just right along w the serving French fries. Very proportional. French fries crispy and tasted like potatoes. lol. It's a good place. 5stars!!! They do have full bar and serve a lot of bbq items. This review is for quick lunch burger. Great job Funburger. I'll have to get a couple drinks and try the ribs or brisket next time. read more

The food is not bad, but service and overall confusion definitely bring the rating down, as they don't really seem to know what they want to be. Are they a fast-casual or sitdown? Sports bar or family friendly? We've been here 3 times, and I still have no idea. The first time we ordered at the counter, the other times we were seated (although we had to wait around at the counter before someone finally told us we could sit anywhere). If you are going to be a sitdown restaurant, a host at the front would seem like an obvious choice. Even after sitting down, we had to flag down someone just to order. This despite several servers walking around. They didn't seem short-staffed, but no one thought to come to our table. No one ever checked in after our food came, and we were missing a couple sides and one main dish. We had to go up to the counter to ask. Never did get everything we ordered. The large TVs are nice, and we were there once on a weekend when there were several baseball and basketball games to choose from. But they decided to have an MMA fight on the main TV instead. Not exactly something I want my toddlers watching. read more

This burger joint is just Mid. Puts the mid in a mid level burger. Would be three stars if the fries weren't so bad.

Just tried this place for the first time and it was delicious. We were interested in seeing what it was like due to other reviews and pictures and this place completely exceeded our expectations. The ambiance was fun - lots of TVs to watch sports, little arcade games, super cool. The service was quick and staff were friendly. Burger was very juicy with lots of flavor and fries were nice and crispy. Would recommend this place to everyone! read more

Funburger - #2 Cali Fun Burger - Burgers Near Me - Valencia, California

I'm pretty sure any bad review on here was paid for by another burger spot's owner!! My favorite burger in Santa Clarita!! You dan taste the quality of the meat and the price is more than reasonable. We came for a birthday party and no idea it even existed. I loved how the kids could place close by and we could hang out and chat with our friends while keeping an eye on the kids and let them be kids. I'm very happy the kids love it too. The burgers are phenomenal!! The pizza was delicious too! Everything we had was great! This will definitely be our go to spot for a burger. We live down the street from in n out but much rather travel here for my burger and sweet potato fries. This place is great for kids or adults with kids bday party's or team party's. They also have huge tvs for sports games. All the employees were kind accommodating and friendly too. The whole family loved this place I just wish we found it sooner! Thank you fun burger we'll be back soon! read more

Two stars for the two happy friendly school girls working the counter. Saw the Add on IG $8. Burger, fries & drink, went to Valencia location. We used the restroom, no soap to wash hands, didn't feel comfortable at this point to want to eat. Tried a taster of four beers, three out of the four were flat, tells me not many beer drinkers or customers. Nice setting , looks clean, but I believe more advertising would get more customers, to keep the food moving fresh and beer drank to not go flat, possibly too many beers to choose from, not all being drank. Didn't eat here for these reasons, but could be a nice place at atmospheric location. read more

I loved Fun Burger! I had the vegan burger which was fully cooked and tasted incredible. I loved that they had vegan cheese and vegan mayo which a lot of restaurants don't really offer. My kids enjoyed the mini fun burger and chickfun nuggets. They also enjoyed the different selections of shakes. I would highly recommend Fun Burger! read more

I wanted to give this place more stars and a much better review than what I'm about to give. 1 star is for the fries and awesome selection of beers. The other star is for the servers that worked so hard. I ordered the fun burger cheese bomb and waited more than 1 hour for our food. The burger I got didn't live up to the name "cheese bomb". The first burger was overcooked and dry as the Sahara Desert, no exploding cheese as I expected because of the name. The server noticed and thought that I might've gotten the wrong burger coz it wasn't cheesy at all so he offered to replace it which was really nice. I got the 2nd one and it was pretty much the same as the first. I really wanted to give it another chance but I was so disappointed. The fries were good though but that's it. The chicken wings that my husband ordered were dry and room temp but had good buffalo flavor. The other thing that we weren't happy about was that our food came 1 by 1 with at least 20-minute wait in between, not all at the same time. Not sure if we'll come back (for beer and fries), but if we do, we're hoping for a better experience. read more

Got a shake that brought to me was made with spoiled milk. The fries was good and burger was ok. They a bit on the higher side price wise.

Wide variety of tasty food. Great service from friendly staff. Community oriented management. What more can you ask for?

The service sucked, they didn't take my order correctly. They forgot stuff. I thought the food wasn't very good. Also, they had no spoons whatsoever. My son had to eat ice cream with a fork read more

Food is always great!!!! SERVICE SUCKS! Have been a regular since they first opened and EVERY SINGLE TIME the service is awful! I honestly wouldn't go back if I was the one paying for it...I'm usually treated by someone else wanting to try it. And they keep changing how you order.....at the counter, with a server at the table, with the QR code, figure it out! How is this place a successful chain?! read more

The emphasis seems to be on the fun rather than the food. That is, if fun means lots of neon and graphics - - I don't really follow. The burger, which it really comes down to after all, was thin and chewy, suggesting low quality beef. The onion rings were good. I heard a server mentioning that the shakes are made with soft serve. Cleanliness was clearly not their forte. I only gave them the three rating because they served the burger as ordered - - medium rare - - something you don't always encounter. read more

Really food brisket and tri tip! Service was great for my take out. Seems like really good for a few beers too .

I was really excited to try this place because it's new and close to our baseball games. So many people have raves about it, but I just wasn't super impressed. The location itself ir pretty small with limited seating. They have a few video games and claw machines and a pretty decent selection of beers on tap. You order your food and pay and then they bring your order to your table. They were out of several items, so we had to go with our second choices. The burgers were pretty good, but the sides lacked flavor and I'm pretty sure everything came out of a freezer. We had a large party, so we ordered multiple items to share. We ordered avocado fries, fried mushrooms, garlic Parmesan fries, and onion rings. We also ordered cali burgers, the beer cheese burger and a Chinese chicken salad. The burgers were good, but everything else lacked flavor. They messed up on the fried mushrooms and brought us fried cauliflower, not once, but three times! The server felt really bad and did his best to fix the problem. We finally got the fried mushrooms and they offered us a free milkshake for the mix up. Out of all the sides, the fried cauliflower and the garlic Parmesan fries were the best. Everything else was flavorless. The avocado fries appeared to be seasoned, but had absolutely no flavor. The milkshake was really good as well. read more

Incredible food! The service was phenomenal! The tri-trip was simply delicious! The restaurant is cozy and feels like home!

Wonderful, delicious food!! A wide variety of choices but you can't go wrong. I love their Cesar salad and garlic bread!

Funburger catered an event I attended and the food was great! The room smelled so good and everyone at the event was so excited to get into the food. It was so good, especially because I couldn't eat all the food because I'm allergic to dairy. So what I could eat I really enjoyed. read more

So delicious and so yummy! Can't wait to go back! I get it once a week and my wife and I love it.

To be honest, the food and service is a 1 star. I'm giving it a 2 star because of the TV's and beer selection. The 1st time I tried it out, our entire party had something wrong with our order or the food was cold. It's a new restaurant so I figured I'd give them another shot. Upon walking in the 1st thing I noticed was how disgusting the floor was and how bad it smelled like food grease. It's almost like no one did their closing responsibilities last night and the opening crew just said F it. After ordering my food i get a soda which I learned the Machine wasn't even set up & Soda sprayed all over me. Walk over to the tables and every single chair it propped up on the table just leaving it for the customers to take down. Not a single TV is on, this place feels like it had 6 more months at this rate. read more

The burgers aren't bad, not fantastic either. Went here with family the first time and a few days later with a friend who was curious to try this place out. None of us were blown away. Don't get me wrong the burgers are good but it's nothing that stands out especially in SCV where we have an abundance of choices for it. Pricey too. It's more like a novelty restaurant. Staff service needs improvement too. read more

Came here for the first time. Initial first impression was this place was legit. Ambiance was very nice and clean. Appearance of restaurant was great. Service right away was good. Gave recommendations and what was good for a first timer. Only draw back was we weren't told fries weren't included in the burgers. They are a separate side order. The other draw back was they do not have a beer or drink menu. Had to read each tap to figure out what beer was there. They need to have a beer and drink menu when you have 30+ beers on tap. Only makes sense. read more

Raw turkey burger is what I received after a long wait when this place wasn't busy at all. I was on a quick lunch break and thought I'd give this new place a try. If I can give this place zero stars I would. I called to get some information on their vegan menu and whoever I spoke to really needs some customer service training. She was extremely rude and did not know anything. Don't go here until they hire better employees. Edit: Went back to see what others had to say about this place and yikes!! The way the manager is responding to complaints is not driving me to give this place a chance at all. Instead of accepting any and all feedback and utilizing it for improvements to their business, he instead hounds customers for even hinting at anything negative to say about it, so much so I'd be surprised if he doesn't respond to this one now. read more

I was excited to try a new burger place, but I'm overall disappointed with my visit to FunBurger. I visited on Sunday January 29th 2023 with my wife and some people from my softball team. When we walked in, it seemed like a pretty chill place. Lots of people were sitting at the bar, but the place itself wasn't overly full. There was plenty of staff. They had the football game on and there were plenty screens around the place to watch. There are plenty of food and drink options, so it took me awhile to decide what I wanted. I opted for their pretzel burger with beer cheese and my wife tried to order the signature burger. She was told they don't have the signature burger, so she ordered the original instead. Other than that, we got a side of garlic fries. Additionally, we also ordered two beer flights; one for me and one for her. I guess a guy related to the owners was at the bar. He was trying to recommend beers to us based on our preferences because there were so many beers to choose from. Our server was also nice enough to give us samples of certain beers before we assembled our flight orders. The food and beer came out to about 50 bucks, which I thought was pretty steep. I was willing to overlook the price if the food was great though. We found an open table, but I had to wipe it down because it was left unkept by previous costumers. We watched the game while we waited for our food. After some time, a waiter brings our food to our table and I immediately realize my burger didn't come on a pretzel bun. I inquired about the bun and the guy tells me, "Oh, actually we are out of pretzel burgers. Sorry." I tried not to get worked up about it. I simply replied, man I wish someone would have told me about that when I placed my ordered. I was left with a burger that had a ton of messy beer cheese on a regular bun. It was way too much beer cheese and that was all I could taste. It just didn't taste right and overall it was super hard to eat without a ton of napkins nearby. My wife's burger meanwhile didn't even have cheese nor did they ask her if she wanted cheese when she ordered it in the first place. Yes, it doesn't specify cheese on the menu for her burger, but most places at least ask. We get half-way our burgers and fries, but the beer hadn't arrived yet. We had to go up to the counter to see what the hold up was. Kind of makes sense to get the beer before the food, no? At the very least, it would have been nice to get it with the food. We finally get the beer and then we realize they put a beer in there that we didn't order, so I had to say something to get our missing beer. Meanwhile, the guy that is supposedly related to the owners, comes to our table and askes us how our experience is so far. I told him, honestly, it's not great. I told him about my burger mishap and that it took forever to get our beer. Instead of offering a solution, he tells me something along the lines of, thanks for the feedback, I'll tell the owners. So they can work on these issues for the future. I'm paraphrasing here though. So once again, I'm just disappointed with my experience and was hoping for more. I get that they are relatively newer and their service will probably improve with time, but my experience just wasn't good enough for me to give them another shot. Their burgers were just OK, but not good enough to justify the price and slow service. I mentioned earlier that there were tons of staff, so it doesn't make sense that the service was so slow. On a side note, the restaurant itself was extremely bright. I kind of wish they would tone down the lights a tad. The beer selection was great and the staff were friendly. There are definitely better burger places in the SCV. For my money though, I'd rather go to The Stand. They are close by, offer better burgers, better service, still have a beer selection, and I can still catch a game. read more
