Old for the unlimited $60 admission. Shortly after being inside and checking out the attractions we noticed there was nobody around to run about five attractions, including the snack bar. Only two people were staffed for the whole place. We were pissed because we just paid $60, and one of the guys said we had to wait for other staff to arrive hours later to run the rest of the rides. Three of the six bumper cars were broke, the rock climbing area was closed, the rope skywalk was closed, and one of the trampoline slam dunk hoops was broke. A couple hours later more staff showed up, and opened the rock climbing area. It was a decent time, but kind of disappointing. I would be so pissed if we paid $500 for a birthday party, and only two staff were on hand, and a bunch of stuff was closed. Maybe a good time to go is around 2-3 when more staff shows up, but then it's more crowded.

I saw a untethered employee walk across the obstacle course (where all participants were tethered), to help my kid who was stuck on an obstacle. The tethering system was not allowing her to go forward, and when she said fine, I will just come back, he said she couldn't. Finally he came out to help her, was extremely rude with her and finally let her off. Mind you, she has done these sort of courses numerous times at other locations without an issue. At the rock wall, I watched kids be responsible for hooking up their own belay while the single employee was playing with what I think was his own kid. We won't be back here. I am really surprised more people don't get hurt with the lack of oversight and noticeable safety concerns.

All seemed well enough until one of the kids in the party got into an altercation with a kid that wasn't part of the party. Needless to say, people were displeased, the kid from the party got a nasty black eye from it. I guess ya get what ya get when you're trying to have a kids birthday party at a waterbury dump. There was very little to no supervision in this place. These were 7&8 year olds. This shouldn't have been a thing. The facility itself has a lot of activities to do. I question the cleanliness of the facility because all the colors are fading a dingy. With all the kids that flow through this place, it should be getting sanitized with bleach DAILY. There wasn't even the slightest smell of bleach anywhere. The party service was minimal, the workers brought the pizza and water in and left. They supplied the paper plates and napkins also. I've been to other venues such as Extreme Air in Cheshire where the workers hosted the party so the families and friends could focus on their kids and not issuing out the food and drinks but who knows. This place was entirely too expensive for the amount of crap that went on here. I do not endorse this facility in anyway shape or form.

It's typical set up. So what you'll get at other facilities, you'll get here. The facility is AMAZING!!! There is so many things to crawl through, run around, stairs and slides, basketball courts to have little games. Two personal size trampolines that's one jumper at a time. That can be an issue if they don't have a timer for it and the line gets long. I didn't see a long line because the kids would leave and play around the whole facility. They had a small gaming room that I did t check out but I can only assume it's like other arcade spots. Only a bit smaller section. They had this one area that you can be on the second floor and launch balls down to the ground floor with a bit of force to make it fun and give you the illusion that you have a powerful gun. You can throw those balls around and hit each other, they were soft. In the middle of that room there's an apparatus that blows air up and makes these balls float and come out of the top of a 4 foot tube. Again, it's cool for 2-7 year olds. Maybe even 8-9 Yr olds would have fun in this room. This place is really big. You can't keep an eye out on your child. That's how many tunnels they are and how fast the kids can come through there that you'll lose your eyes on them. If you're the parent that needs to keep an eye on your child 100% of the tiMe, get socks and join in on the fun with them cause from the ground you will not be able to do it. They have a toddler section. A small version that they can easily have fun there too. NOW.... As for the 3 stars... I couldn't give more but if they fix this one section or gap in their business this place can be a 4.5 to 5 star facility. The tops of the slides: DUSTY. Needs a cleaning. And WEEKLY too! NOT monthly. The staffing!! The staff was very very short. The line at the concession stand was too long and the wait was insane, especially for a place that was starting to get full. I went on a Saturday around 11am... that's PRIME! TIME!! That's when you would have a FULL STAFF! Two staff at the concession stand, two staff setting up the party rooms, two in the front, two roaming the play area. .... That's just for the weekend staffing. Weekday, knock it down to ONE or less in all the areas that I listed. But it gets better and this is the ending. As we were in the front. One of the staff that was there happen to have a relative that she hasn't seen in a long time. I know this by her reaction and by what she said and how her convo went. She said, "when did you get in motherfu&!3r?!" Loud and clear. My wife said that shortly after she said, "my bad for my language".... Umm too late sweet pea. Thank God my son didn't hear that. I would have been upset if I had to explain to him that's not a word you use. So that was our intro to this place. Not a good start. Would I return? Yes and I'll bring in my own snacks to avoid waiting 10 min for a bottle of water or drinks. And put ear muffs on my children. That's all folks.
