I was told they only do estimates between 9 am and 11 am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Like most people, my wife and I worked during those times. I asked if they could come out on a Friday afternoon when I could be home. I was told they could only do 9 am on Friday, as a special request. I received quotes from 4 other HVAC companies in Missoula for our project, and none of them had issues meeting us at a time when we could be off of work.
