He also sold us a Cloud Lline Pro inline fan with a humidistat. This is shown in the second picture. We do not have a humidistat or the panel that enables us to monitor the fan and humidity from our smart phone. This was supposed to be part of the $450 we paid for this system. We have contacted him twice over the span of 45 days and have not received any communications. Prior to this time, we withheld payment to the contractor to get him to contact Bo Good, to come in and finish the job. The total cost of this process was $19,867.00. The value and quality of service is not up to the cost that this company charges. We would not recommend this company to anyone.
