Not only…read morethat, he came right away to give me a quote, seemed eager to do the job, and was the most experienced of the 3. He was able to give me a quote on the spot. I asked for a few other small patch jobs around the house and he charged a very fair price to add those on. There was an issue with the bathroom fan. WE forgot to reinstall in and they walled it in and had to rip it out and redo some. He did not charge me extra despite losing some time. The work looks good, and he was very fast. He brought one worker with him and they were quiet and courteous. Any small issues I had, he fixed them and he asked me to inspect their work multiple times. Good Value, Good Quality work.

When looking for a janitorial company, you look for a number of things. I'm here to talk about the…read morehonesty, kindness, and promptness of this company. I discovered this morning that I lost my wallet, probably around the courthouse last night. It had a significant amount of money, a few credit cards, my license and some very important photos and documents. I spent most of the morning being really upset with myself, cancelling my cards, and tallying the hours and money it would cost to replace everything. I got a call from Garden City Janitorial this morning saying they found my wallet. I was ecstatic. I was able to pick it up immediately. Not a single thing was missing. I offered/insisted on giving them a reward and they refused. I am sitting in a parking lot crying because kindness is a beautiful thing. Thank you all so much. I don't think you fully realize how amazing this all was and how grateful I am to you.

We canceled a medical appointment to accommodate him. When he arrived, my wife was wearing a mask out of an abundance of caution (we tested negative for Covid)--Scott decided to leave the job site. He really over-reacted and made assumptions about a situation, and as a result came across as unprofessional and unreliable and really let us down. So our experience was very negative. There is a downside to the whole "family owned business" insofar as they can act capriciously and unprofessionally on any day depending on their mood.

Shawn did an amazing job with what turned out to be a difficult installation because of it being a retrofit, as well as a different brand tub that was shaped somewhat differently than the original. He improved the infrastructure that supports the tub so that it is now properly installed. We also added the complication of moving the existing plumbing/faucets and drain to a different location in the new bathtub. It quickly became clear that Shawn is an expert and has extensive experience. We are extremely pleased with the work performed and his reasonable rates. We highly recommend Shawn for any plumbing jobs you are considering.
