He was on a job when I called and left a message for him and he got back to me as soon as he was able to that day. He was easy to get along with and worked around my house hold schedule. He was even here when it came time for the inspection. Mr. Lloyd came to our home listened to my concerns about my service box and breaker panel then did his own inspection. He pointed out where my concerns were justified and went into detail what should be different. He was able to provide me with an estimate that came fairly close to what the final cost was. He also came regardless of the weather and worked in near zero temperatures and below zero wind chills. My only critique is he made me look like an amateur when it came to my wife's evaluation of how he worked, evidently I take significantly longer to do stuff. I do not recall the man ever taking a break to eat or anything else, it seems like he was working from the time he got here until the time he left at the end of each day. At the end of the day he ensured his work area was clean and safe to be used by those in the home. He would even give me a quick review of what work was done and what was left to do at the end of each day. I am definitely going to utilize his services again. My research led me to one company, Lloyd Electric, LLC. Mike, the owner of the company, came by the very next day.
