I asked if they could come out on a Friday afternoon when I could be home. I was told they could only do 9 am on Friday, as a special request. I received quotes from 4 other HVAC companies in Missoula for our project, and none of them had issues meeting us at a time when we could be off of work. Tiffany was awesome. She is so kind and knowledgeable. She fixed a few outlets and then said to call her if the problem continues. We went for a few days with no issues and then the breaker started tripping again. When Tiffany came back she determined the problem was with a box located outside for our septic pump. She was able to fix the issue and so far everything is working great. Every time we had to call Tiffany and Michael they were so kind and both brainstorming to help us figure out our problem.
