I joined some friends this evening at Fuma Dubai for crawfish, and hands down--these were the best I've had all season! For just $20, you get 3 lbs of slightly spicy, garlicky goodness, plus a perfectly cooked potato and a big, bold piece of spicy corn. I added a sausage link for a little extra, and it hit the spot. Our waitress, Aleia, was friendly, attentive, and even took photos for us. We had a blast and highly recommend Fuma Dubai for your next crawfish craving. Definitely Best Bites approved! read more

Drink and ticket time was great but service was horrible.. Walked in on Sunday approx 430pm, nobody attended me, i screamed 2x to a person in the back to ask if this place was open (nobody was around), finally a lady arrived who cameFrom the DJ booth, she took my drink order, asked her to play the cowboys game, and after 15mins, the game was not put on, she Blamed mgmt, but i didn't care since she didnt ensure that either someone communicated with me or the game was on. There was nobody there and i was excited to try the food but left 20 mins later cause they didn't give af, so why would I? Drink was great, but service on a football sunday was horrible... smh read more

Omg! This is the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered the Dubai Platinum Platter the spiciest level. Let me tell you DO NOT GO HERE!! The crawfish were dirty and bland, they gave me one snow crab cluster and the description said 1lb. It was a small cluster and to be honest with all the tasteless potatoes and corn I believe I was cheated for the pounds of seafood I expected. At least 2 cluster equals a pound. The shrimp tastes like beef jerky because they were so over cooked. The entire platter was bland!! Fuma you have to do better because when someone pays over $80 for this you can't display that you have the best crawfish in town. They are bland and dirty! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!! I predict they will not be in business long term. Gross!!!! Very disappointed customer!!! I'm only giving one star because the young lady that took my order was nice. read more

Though the crawfish came out with good flavor my husband said and the waitress was nice alone with whom I believe was a manager. The service was AWFUL, they advertise draft beer yet only had one on tap if that the waitress said. She went to see and at first it was a no but they found the one beer they had on draft and sadly it took 15 minutes to bring it out. It was suppose to be Modelo it was beyond old, super sour and just awful. Sent it back and got a bottle. They want $6.50 for a bottle beer (domestic), the chairs were beyond sad.... Holes in them, felt like you were sitting on cardboard. The atmosphere was uneasy. Extremely GHETTO! They have a sign on the door for dress code they don't go bye. The congestion in that place makes you uneasy considering you can never sit back without someone passing by your chair with their butt hitting your back/or your head. The tables are lower than the chairs and the booths are higher than the tables. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and it looked great but was BY FAR THE WORST ONE I THINK I'VE EVER HAD! Soooo dry, no real flavor but I did eat it for $16. The beat was good for the music but never really changed much. People were sneaking in with other alcoholic drinks and I will say they were quick on that. According to surrounding businesses the cops are there several times a week and I most definitely can see why . After months of wanting to try this place I can HONESTLY SAY I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Won't put myself through that "low class" feeling again when it was almost $100 just for 5 lbs of crawfish, Philly cheesesteak and 2 bottled beers. I never go out in beaumont and now I see why. Fuma Dubai Lounge & Grill was the WORST experience I ever had in a hookah longe. It wasn't packed and the service was very slow and not attentive. I ordered a hookah only! A waitress came with a drink and I honestly answered that is wasn't ours TWICE. The girl tells us someone ordered it and was given to me. I gave it to my friend because I don't like smoky drinks. I asked to move into another location and it was okay until then. We were not waited on like everyone else. My coal literally was falling to pieces and I couldn't even pull properly and had only took maybe 8-10 puffs in total. I got the first bar tab and they charged for the mistake drink. So i brought it up to the second waitress (shout out to her for trying to makefor it) and she told the owner . The owner comes and refunded the drink but the principle is I just drove 2 hours from Houston and wanted to relax . I wasn't dressed like usual but money always good. I feel as though I was served based on my wardrobe and that somehow showed them the inability to pay , so the neglect we received was very much prejudice to me. Music was great though. Following my last post. The owner personally reached alongwith tge team lead of Fuma. He is so customer oriented and wanted actually let me experience the right vibe of their establishment . Cool chill vibe. Quesadillas are really good there.The service is ok could be a lot better but it was not bad. The gratuity was included in ticket we didn't know and tipped again found out when asked for a copy of receipt. But it it's a good spot to go chill , relax and hangout. read more
