This is very difficult to write because I went through something very horrible with Fulmer Heating and Air. It was not a mistake either. It was intentional. Fulmer Heating and Air is very very dishonest. They destroyed my property because they thought they would be able to make thousands of dollars to be able to install a brand new, entire system from scratch in my home.
When my AC was temporarily broken and needed only repair, they sent a service rep who came out and looked at my system. Right after he left, my entire HVAC system shut down completely. It was dead completely.
Instead of calling Fulmer Heating and Air to fix it, I felt like something wasn't right. Instead, I had three separate professionals come and look at my HVAC system. The first one asked me to walk outside to show me something. I had no idea what he was going to show me. To my shock, he show me an actual part that the last service guy from Fulmer Heating and Air had taken and had broken with his own hands so that I would have to get an entire new system. He told me this was the problem. I even questioned this professional because I was so distraught and did not want to believe that Fulmer Heating and Air could do something so horrible and dishonest. So I asked the new representative how he could be sure? He told me that this was not an act of God, but it was 100% actual destruction by a human hand. It was obvious that it was pulled off, too. Fulmer Heating and Air left the piece on the ground, too. The new professional I called said whoeve came to look at my HVAC broke it so that I would have to buy an entire system. He showed me the broken piece that was outside next to my air-conditioning/heating unit. I also had two other professionals come out who saw this and verified what was told to me by the other professional. That was three professionals who said there is no doubt that this was broken by Fulmer Heating and Air who was trying to break my entire system and they did just that. Fulmer Heating and Air INTENTIONALLY broke my HVAC system, costing me OVER $10,000.
I actually left a review that was very detailed on Google and some horrible woman actually shot back at me so hatefully (nothing anyone shouldn't expect from someone who could do something so dishonest for money), and it was very troubling how hateful she was. She and her company Fulmer Heating and Air actually did everything in their powers to take the review down. They succeeded, but they will never win after the dishonest business practices they have been involved in.
I don't write reviews often, but I will never forget what Fulmer Heating and Air did to me and my family. We were going through a lot, and this was the last thing I needed. To make it worse, Fulmer Heating and Air knew this was a bad time for me to have to get a new system at over $10K. They didn't care. Still, the last thing I ever thought this company would ever do to me or to anyone is to manually destroy my entire system intentionally by breaking one piece so that I or any customer would have to buy a new system from them!!
Would I ever use them Fulmer Heating and Air anything? NEVER! Did they replace my air-conditioning for me? No. NEVER!
When a company like Fulmer Heating and Air can do something that dishonest and hateful, the public needs to know.
It doesn't matter if you've been with Fulmer Heating and Air for 15 years or for two years. They will destroy your entire system. They have no loyalty to any customer when they can make money from them.
Fulmer Heating and Air has no morals and will do anything to take your money. That was the lowest anybody can sink. I can't tell anybody what else to do, but I can share what this company Fulmer Heating and Air did to me and my family. read more
