Will picked up my call and asked for details how the AC stopped and what we did for the solutions. Probably while he was asking questions us over the phone, he was already diagnosing what went wrong on our AC and how to fix it . He offered to come first in the following morning and headed straight to the outside box of the AC. He fixed our AC within 30 min. We appreciate Will responded to my call even after the normal business hours and was available to come very quickly and diagnose before seeing the AC. The price (the diagnostic fee) was decent compared to the other AC repair company I called.

We are very pleased with the service, price, value for the work and response of Cassell Brothers. This was our second unit total replacement, the last being in 2020. Reading recent reviews one could be scared away. That is not our opinion. Justin identified the inoperable problem in our 40-year old unit, got us in immediate contact with Doug (who came out on a Saturday). The replacement team of Dave, Carl, Donnie, Walter and Favian removed the old system (including ductwork) and installed the new system in less than 6 hours (in an attic over 95 degrees). They cleaned everything, went through the operations steps with us, and followed up two days later to complete one task. I would have given them a five-star but for one item still not resolved with our Trane unit from 2020--requires another Trane specialist. Not even a month later the same unit was leaking again and this time I was told the unit was not mounted correctly which was causing the unit to leak again. Not sure how the unit would suddenly become incorrectly mounted and I thought it should have been caught the first time. It wasn't and it cost me an additional $400. And to make matters worse, I bought into the service agreement for $400 after the first repair. So no, I don't recommend them.
