Found wood rot behind the stove as well, un leveled flooring in the laundry area. Everything was well done, and it wasn't a job that was done in 1 day, more 4 total days, with no breaks. His advice which I asked for, the best would vinyl planks, and that's what we did. I have a rowdy family, 2 dogs. I needed something that would hold up and not tear like that cheap crap I paid for from Empire flooring. It wasn't even a 1 mm thickness. Anyway Happy to write this review.
