My old downspout went behind the front wall of the house and drained under a flowerbed. After another company gave me a pretty outrageous price, I called City Gutters, who evaluated my situation over the phone. After texting several photos, they said they could replace it for their minimum price per job and scheduled me for two days later. I won't be able to see it in action until the next heavy rain obviously, but it looks well-made. I'm glad I got a second opinion after the other company tried to convince me my style of gutters was so hard to work with, hence the high price. When my family moved into our house, we already knew our roof would need to be redone and we hoped to get it to about 5 years post move in time. At year 4, our roof sprung a leak and so this was the first time AER came to the rescue. Chris Stohl got our repair coordinated quickly and efficiently but confirmed this was just buying 1 season. That next year we sprung a different leak but were just months away from it being the most perfect time financially. Chris came out and actually helped to tarp our roof to get us through the rain. Talk about above and beyond! I told him that we would do the roof that summer and he got a quote prepared.
