They deal with conflicts appropriately and use them as learning opportunities to continue to educate children in socio-emotional development. My son loved going here every day and has learned so much in every subject there is. The teachers pay close attention to each child's development and interests and form the classrooms around what the children currently are into. This school is only one of the three centers in Lane County that is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children and rated 5 stars by Oregon's Quality Rating and Improvement System, and it shows! Christy always told me about his day and what he was learning, taking videos when she could of him walking or something new he was doing. The payments were always fair and I felt that I could talk through any concerns I had without retribution, I do not recall any incidents of her husband raising his voice, and their own children are so well behaved my son knew their names and looked forward to going. I watched her center grow over time and she is very interactive, cares about what the children are learning and keeps a great routine very good structure for children. Many learning toys and books and planned out activities even coming home with crafts for mom. I would not recommend a membership here, and would especially not recommend you work here or enroll your children.
