I was followed around like a criminal by staff more than once…read more(I've shopped there 20 years under old owners and prior names- Marla's Closet became ReLove It), not offered help, just watched. Consignment hours are slim, inconvenient, and often the sign says "full" making a wasted trip. My daughter was lectured on bringing in an item to match, but if they had greeted her on entry and offered help, that would not have happened. Just sad what has become of this beloved store.

I'm a person that washes my clothes after every wash and I still have the first sweater I bought from them in 2013, it still looks amazing and has not faded a bit. The store is well kept and I have always received good customer service when I have needed it (although not very often).
