The ambience is a cozy unhurried space to grab a light bite to eat or enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and a dessert. Today the hubby and I enjoyed an early afternoon lunch. The hubby had the HAM AND CHEESE MELT with kettle chips, a Diet Coke and the Brown Sugar Banana Cloud (cold drink off the Spring Drinks menu). I had the Lamb GYRO and kettle chips and a CHAI LATTE (still the best I've ever had). I got a Strawberry Matcha Mist to go. Sandwiches were delicious. If you are in the area you should check them out.

Arrived at Strickland's late one morning for breakfast. The Yelp ratings set high expectations,…read morewhich were thoroughly met. We were promptly greeted and seated. The restaurant is plainly decorated with about a dozen tables. We timed our visit perfectly since it seemed that soon after we arrived the lunch crowd began arriving, which quickly created a wait. We ordered the Eggs Benedict, which cooked perfectly and were topped with a well-executed béarnaise sauce. We also ordered a Meat-Lover's Omelette that was generously stuffed with various meats. We also ordered a stack of blueberry pancakes that were light and fluffy in the middle with slightly-crisp edges. Delicious all around. Service was attentive and efficient. The staff seemed to have multiple roles as you would expect in a small/family-run restaurant. I highly recommend you stop here for breakfast or lunch and enjoy delicious food in a simple atmosphere.

If you're anywhere near Seneca, a stop at G3B Cafe is a must!…read more We called ahead with a group of 13 and they had everything ready for us when we arrived. They couldn't have been more accommodating, and the staff was genuinely friendly from start to finish. Between all of us, we managed to sample what felt like half the menu: the Southwest Breakfast Burrito, quiche, steak and eggs, shrimp and grits, the Brekkie Sandwich, pancakes, French toast, cookie porridge, and the Carrot Cake Pancake. Let me just say...if you see the Carrot Cake Pancake on the menu, order it. Don't overthink it. It somehow tastes like you're eating dessert for breakfast without being overly sweet, and it completely lived up to the hype. The thick-cut bacon was delicious, the hand-cut fries were amazing, and everything else was just as good. We also enjoyed a variety of coffees, mimosa flights (the G3B mimosa was the group favorite) and a delicious espresso martini. The portions were just right--not the ridiculous "I need a nap immediately" kind, but enough that everyone left happy. The restaurant was spotless, the food came out quickly (which is impressive with 13 people), and every single person in our group enjoyed what they ordered. That's basically a miracle. We'll absolutely be back!

We were greeted walking in and there was a short line. We were seated within about five minutes at a small table on the wall with a long bench and single chair. A simple menu, with libation offerings and a coffee bar. Our server was kind and professional but spread thin, covering multiple table tops. She was hustling the entire time, and checked on us as best as she could. But it was obvious that they were spread thin on wait staff. After giving the menu a read, I opted for Biscuits with gravy, with three eggs over medium and a side of bacon. Our food arrived within about 15-20 minutes, as ordered. The biscuits and gravy were okay, mine are better. The eggs done again okay, but overcooked a bit. Not really over medium. The bacon was the best part of my meal. Nice thick cut with excellent flavor. It served its purpose, and obviously a very popular spot with locals. 3.5 Stars rounded up for the staff 01274

Fake eggs real disappointment!…read more I always try to support local, and was excited to try this restaurant. It was a big disappointment wanting an EGG sandwich and it's just a fake looking object that resembles an egg. Also, the quality of the sandwich was meh, for a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich to barely have one piece of bacon total, that's a swing and a miss. It is sad when a chain such as Dunkin has a system for more consistency. We had also asked for butter but that went on deaf ears. The place is super cute in appearance and the staff was nice, but when it comes to food quality it does not hit the mark. Rather unfortunate.

My only recommendation is that they add some photos/art prints of the Southern Railway steam locomotives that roared through Easley until 1953 to "localize" the restaurant's ambience.
