Parking at this particular shopping center can be difficult but it does have a few reserved spots for patients which makes it a bit easier. I'll start be saying that the workers were very kind, easy to work with and very accommodating during the scan. Unfortunately I had way too many issues that made an urgent situation turn into a nightmare. All in all, I was scheduled incorrectly, my email address was recorded incorrectly, as was my address. I needed discs to give to my doctor after the appointment which they are unable to provide due to the system being down. That's fine, I opted to come back another day. I called ahead to ensure that the discs would be available at the front desk. It looks like they may have a general number for all locations. So I was asked to specify the location in which i would be retrieving the discs. I informed them of the location and was told they will be available to pickup in 20 minutes time. I arrived 5 hours later since I was working that day and there were no discs to be found. I had to wait 45 minutes for them to make the discs. I also had to call to gain access to the portal due to the email situation. All in all, there were just too many mistakes to return that resulted in a lot of miscommunication. Once again, the associates were friendly and I felt well taken care of during the actual scan but I would rather return to my previous location.

I was put at ease right from the start by the courteous, highly professional and compassionate staff. The preparation for the procedure involved starting two IV lines, which in my case, due to very small veins, is easier said than done. I had people sticking me in both hands at the same time, but they were super nice about it. Somehow, everyone managed not to become aggravated. I was especially impressed by Dr. Raggio, who was patient, personable and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained everything that he was about to do and made sure that my decision to go ahead with the procedure was well-informed. I can't say I've ever had fun during a medical procedure, but it was quick and easy, and I actually enjoyed the experience. If only all medical teams were this good! Oh! and they give you a sandwich and something to drink while in recovery; a very thoughtful gesture when you've been instructed not to eat or drink anything after midnight the night before. Rafi was encouraging (even though my current state was pretty unhealthy) and gave me the tools that I needed to start my health and fitness journey. After two months I went back for a follow-up scan. I was a little nervous because I didn't think I would see much progress but much to my surprise I had dropped fat and gained muscle. Once again, Rafi was encouraging and told me to keep up the good work. In another four months I went back in for a follow-up scan and was happy and encouraged to find that I've lost a total of almost 13 pounds of fat and have gained 4.5 pounds of muscle. Rafi provided me with the knowledge I needed to work towards the results I wanted and seeing those results on paper is a huge motivator for me. The facility, if you could call it that, was old and weird. I could not have music during the MRI, which I am used to having at other places. The worst was the attitude of the tech. He did not explain things and was downright rude to me. He did not let me know that the MRI would be hot so that I might not wear the heavy sweater into the machine. He taped my feet together like I was a chicken for roasting and did not explain why. He did not let me know when each sequence was complete and how much longer I would need to be in the machine. I've had many MRI's before and never had an issue. In other facilities, I have been cold and the tech would offer a blanket, but here I was very warm. While I was in the machine, I got so hot that I hit the panic button. This made the tech angry and told me, now we have to start all over and I can't do both of your tests b/c I have three other patients. I told him there was no way I could go an hour in there with my heavy sweater on b/c it was way too hot. He was like, you said you had MRI before so you should have known it was hot. I told him I've never been hot in an MRI. He said if you are getting your spine done, it will be hot. I have had other MRI's in the past, including to my spine, and it was never hot and the tech was always a calming and supportive influence. I will never come here again. Also, I just read below that parking is validated but no one at this place told me that so I paid full price. just icing on the crappy cake. the tech was the worse, the other stuff is minor and wouldn't have prompted me to even review the place

I have been at this imaging center 4 times probably and had consistently poor experience every…read morevisit. One of the visits ended up being a few hours as technician couldn't find my order that I had with me. She then also left me seating for over an hour and when I asked why is it taking so long she explained she cannot find my order so she is trying to get a new one and she cannot get images out due to some technical issues. But they don't communicate that to you, you just sit and wait. The same technician was also very rough during the scan and when I let her know that she is hurting me she answered that this was normal for the scan. During other 2 scans with 2 other technicians the experience was nothing but easy. There was pressure but absolutely nothing compared to to the first one. Front desk staff have the worst attitude. You can tell they don't want to be here. Every time I come in there is something new with the check in process. Today the new thing is Kip's check in. QR code I had from pre-check in I completed at home was not scanning, so I had to re-enter all information again. Then credit card reader also was not working and didn't even read cards just threw an error so you still have to go to the front desk for assistance to the front desk and again they have so much attitude. The prompt on kiosk would say see the administrator and administrator with the attitude is yelling that you didn't do something. The prompts need to be updated before sending you to the administrator as they are directing you wrong. During the previous visits when they didn't have kiosks and you have to pay at the window hey would attempt to make you pay in full and also call you days prior to collect the full payment. When you ask to split the payment they say you cannot do even though you can and you can even split the full amount into payments. Overall would suggest to avoid this location. I received surveys from Inova and submitted complaints about previous visits.

The receptionist agreed to send it. After 10 days had lapsed after my procedure and having not received my report, I called the office. I got a delayed, runaround response and was told that I could contact my physician for a report copy. In effect, telling me that the office was not going to send me a report. I never did receive a report from that office. Maybe this is a small issue, but it demonstrates a disregard to the customer.

My therapist, Marco, is FANTASTIC!! He's so knowledgeable and takes his time. Also, he's a miracle worker!! I definitely felt like I had a new knee after the first visit and I am getting progressively better. After a disappointing experience with a huge ortho practice rehab, and needing continued PT, I…read moreresearched and asked neighbors for recommendations and selected Ivy Rehab in Arlington. Ivy was the only place that would guarantee the availability of short-term daily PT as requested by my surgeon (and covered by insurance). I was extremely fortunate to have treatment by Gregory B., who provided skilled, patient, effective care (no handing off to exercise technicians). He paid attention, answered questions thoroughly, made suggestions for different approaches, and was very kind and patient. The staff are diligent about cleaning surfaces, and the receptionists are excellent at handling appointments and other requests. There is plenty of parking, which is comped by Ivy. In addition to "routine" PT, the practice also offers other helpful treatment, such as dry needling - which helped me almost immediately - and for Meniere disease (vertigo). The vibe is excellent, not too crowded nor too loud and everyone is friendly and helpful.
