    Great service! The place isn't the fanciest but at a place like this I'd rather have professionalism over decor.

    I have been at this imaging center 4 times probably and had consistently poor experience every…read morevisit. One of the visits ended up being a few hours as technician couldn't find my order that I had with me. She then also left me seating for over an hour and when I asked why is it taking so long she explained she cannot find my order so she is trying to get a new one and she cannot get images out due to some technical issues. But they don't communicate that to you, you just sit and wait. The same technician was also very rough during the scan and when I let her know that she is hurting me she answered that this was normal for the scan. During other 2 scans with 2 other technicians the experience was nothing but easy. There was pressure but absolutely nothing compared to to the first one. Front desk staff have the worst attitude. You can tell they don't want to be here. Every time I come in there is something new with the check in process. Today the new thing is Kip's check in. QR code I had from pre-check in I completed at home was not scanning, so I had to re-enter all information again. Then credit card reader also was not working and didn't even read cards just threw an error so you still have to go to the front desk for assistance to the front desk and again they have so much attitude. The prompt on kiosk would say see the administrator and administrator with the attitude is yelling that you didn't do something. The prompts need to be updated before sending you to the administrator as they are directing you wrong. During the previous visits when they didn't have kiosks and you have to pay at the window hey would attempt to make you pay in full and also call you days prior to collect the full payment. When you ask to split the payment they say you cannot do even though you can and you can even split the full amount into payments. Overall would suggest to avoid this location. I received surveys from Inova and submitted complaints about previous visits.

I've had two MRIs before and this really was loud and I am not sure if the equipment is that new. The tech- although nice- took awhile to set me up for my knee MRI. Tech was otherwise courteous and helpful. I think it's more a product of him stuck working in this place than his actual expertise. He was pleasant enough. The main problem with the place is the receptionist is not nice. Like at all. And then she proceeded to have some personal call at the desk while two of us were waiting. Very unprofessional. The receptionist agreed to send it. After 10 days had lapsed after my procedure and having not received my report, I called the office. I got a delayed, runaround response and was told that I could contact my physician for a report copy. In effect, telling me that the office was not going to send me a report. I never did receive a report from that office. Maybe this is a small issue, but it demonstrates a disregard to the customer.

When I started, Rafi sent me a nutrition plan that was customized to my specific needs. The next part is on me - pick foods within my macro plan and eat them consistently. Rafi checks in with me weekly to give me feedback on my food diary. The regular accountability has helped tremendously. Another thing that I love is that I'm eating real food and I'm not skimping on calories. This program isn't set up to starve/deprive you and if you follow it, you will see results. I knew, going into it, that I would not be…read morehappy with the results because of how I had been neglecting my health and fitness, but hey.. you've gotta start somewhere. Rafi was encouraging (even though my current state was pretty unhealthy) and gave me the tools that I needed to start my health and fitness journey. After two months I went back for a follow-up scan. I was a little nervous because I didn't think I would see much progress but much to my surprise I had dropped fat and gained muscle. Once again, Rafi was encouraging and told me to keep up the good work. In another four months I went back in for a follow-up scan and was happy and encouraged to find that I've lost a total of almost 13 pounds of fat and have gained 4.5 pounds of muscle. Rafi provided me with the knowledge I needed to work towards the results I wanted and seeing those results on paper is a huge motivator for me. I'm feeling healthier, happier, more fit, and I am looking forward to seeing the results of my next scan. Thanks Rafi!

Subsequently, both my wife and I have been going to the VHC out-patient pavilion for primary care and cardiology and have been impressed with the patient care and customer service. Our only complaint is with the business office. Our insurance coverage has changed twice during that period and attempts to update the policies online (both on website patient portals and VHC app) proved fruitless. We received bills with substantial balances because the old insurance was billed and rejected. We tried to send emails to the business office asking them to resubmit the bill to the new policy but nothing happened. No one responded and the bills remained outstanding. Eventually we called the business office and resolved the issue within minutes. It is very frustrating trying to fix billing issues and update insurance online when whatever is done seems to disappear into a black hole. It seems the only way to successfully interact with the business office is by telephone.

Cons: no live wait time on website, registration staff who truly DGAF, dirty waiting area Wait time: 2.3 hours just to get into an exam room (I was balled up in a corner in pain and begged for a blanket because it was cold inside and 50 degrees outside. They triaged me, took blood and urine and had me remain in the waiting room. Once I actually got into an exam room, things started to move more quickly. Care: Dr. Sidara was actually the saving grace here. He was incredibly nice and thorough, spoke to me with respect and care, and worked to address my issues as soon as possible. He was even able to pull info from past doctors visits, which included a slight ear infection and double checked my ears while I was there to make sure he didn't miss anything further. I won't go into all of the details of what he discovered, but had he not caught one thing in particular, I might still be in excruciating pain. What I didn't like is the fact that I was in an exam room for maybe 30 minutes, then they took me to get a CT. And once I finished the CT, I was not taken back to the exam room, but taken to the "results waiting" room. There, my IV hung in front of me, without being connected, for about an hour. When all of my results were back, the doctor returned to me and told me all the findings and the plan moving forward. I do wish they would have kept me overnight so that I could continue to be monitored and receive pain management medication, but I understand that's not necessarily typical treatment for what I was experiencing. Shortly after the doctor checked in with me, my discharge papers were drafted, and I was on my way out. I was there from 3:50-9 p.m. ish.

Awesome customer service every step of the way, including when patient spoke to the staff and questioned their system of taking information and verifying the information. Amazingly when same patient repeatedly questioned the protocol of the office, calmly the staff addressed the question and followed their requirements. In this case the patient behaved as if they should be in charge and as if their personal information should already be understood. This appears to be the perfect lesson to honor protocol, imagining the reaction this same patient would have if anything went wrong. Each step of the way the service was 5 out of 5. Outstanding. Reminder this was a Mammogram screening, and I felt I was in the best of care throughout the appointment. Thank you, Ultrasound Associates!

The service was pretty good and fast-the lady behind the counter took my info, got me to sign forms, gave me directions. Simple. I got my ultrasound quick enough and the doc/nurse who handled the care was professional and friendly. No complaints there. I think the best part is their service is really fast. They sent me results to my regular doctor within 24 hours!! That's a super fast turn around time! I really appreciated that because waiting for medical info is the worst kind of wait. I'd recommend this place!
