Security Camera NY was the first company to contact me on my latest quest (I've been researching…read morefor 4 months) for a security camera installation. Grace (who answered the phone) was very knowledgeable about what I wanted and arranged an appointment at my convenience. Avner came to survey the areas I wanted for camera installation. He answered all my questions in a professional and experienced manner. He described what options I had in terms of wiring and recommended the best area(s) to place the security monitor. Avner was also the first person who provided a quick written estimate that included the brand name of the merchandise he was planning to use. Grace called later to inquire if I had any more questions about the installation. The price quoted was affordable and within the range I had been quoted by other companies. Based on the quality of customer service I had received thus far, I hired them to complete the job. Avner and Hugo exceeded my expectations on the day of service. Hugo worked tirelessly all day to install the required wiring and cameras. It was very important to me that the wires would not be all over the place as I had seen on many security cameras' websites. Hugo DID NOT disappoint. He surveyed the areas where the cameras were to be placed, and contemplated the best way to install them with a minimal use of wires and be inconspicuous. Avner connected the monitor to the DVR and explained its use in layman's terms. Hugo was very accommodating and would not leave until we were 100 % satisfied with the installation. Moreover, the cameras that were installed provided a clear crisp picture. I find the Security Camera NY was very efficient and thorough from the initial contact to the completion of the job. A year's warranty on labor and parts, free training and support is included in the price. The installation includes a connection to Internet they may be remotely viewed from any PC and any smartphone. I would strongly recommend you hire them. You can't do any better than Security Camera NY.

The wires were run neatly, the team knew what they were doing. So far I am pleased and glad I chose Avner.

Total Security was the 4th company we talked to, for a quote on adding cameras to an existing system at a commercial building. They were the best by far - the others recommended entire new systems but Total Security could just upgrade the box, keep the existing cameras add 3 more ~ all for less than the competitors trying to charge more for entire new systems. The new box increased the image quality of the existing cameras so it is like a whole new system. The app interface is so much better than what we had - the whole thing is a huge improvement. And they offer lifetime tech support which is a great bonus! Working with Total Security was great, too. The salesman from the NJ office, Tom, was professional, personable, made the effort to consult with his team because our building had some tricky aspects to it. They called for appointment reminders the day before. Tom called a week after it was installed to make sure everything was going well. The installation team came from NY (Sean & Scott) and they "went the extra mile" - willing to work in a crawl space, working patiently around & through occupied offices, making sure everything was done as best, clean and effective as possible. Took all day but they did not charge extra. The proposal was for the job, not the hours. It just took the time it took to do it well & right. I was impressed. I don't even think they stopped to eat! They worked hard and well. It's only been a few weeks but everything looks and works great so far. Much better than before. We're very pleased. Highly recommend!
