I am a veteran who wanted to get my Class-B license, but instead "All Roads Driving School" took my money and left me in the cold. I took a couple of lessons and on several occasions, the driving instructors were late- on two occassions they were over an hour late. When I asked the instructors why they were late, they would tell me that they didn't know about my appointment until that day- The person in-charge of scheduling (Her name is Genie, she is very forgetful and on two occasions I witnessed her co-workers arguing with her about appointments and lost accounts) didn't tell them. I should have left then, but I stayed because the school was nearby. But what really PISSED ME OFF was when no instructor showed up for my one hour lesson and Road Test Appointment. I waited for two hours, in the COLD weather, and no one showed up. After two hours, I left and posted a note on their door. Another two hours later, I called them to find out what happened and wasn't given an explanation, in-fact they put me on hold for 20 minutes. I had to go up there to at-least get some of my money back. Then to add insult to injury, the Genie gave me a check which bounced a few days later. I had to go back up there to get a cash refund and a 20 dollar check-bounce fee. I drove their Bus, I'm surprised and some of the instructors I spoke with said they are also surprised the Bus passed inspection. The Bus is very hard to steer and shakes like it's about to fall apart in any minute. Maybe this Bus passed inspection with alittle under-the-table money.

When my daughter turned 16 was so excited to learn how to drive. 5 Speed had been there for years and very close to my home. Sergio was so nice and pleasant in front of me but what he did to my child behind my back left her traumatized. She had just lost her father in the pandemic and was already dealing with alot of emotions. When she would come back from her driving lessons crying I was convinced that she was just nervous and emotional. No new driver is ever not nervous. Little did I know, Sergio would yell at her and verbally abuse her in the vehicle. One day, I was literally driving home from work and had to pull over by the driving school to calm her down before her lesson. End result she failed her first road test and we never sent her back there. Starting over at a new driving school was nerve wrecking for her because she expected the same treatment. She was much happier at the new school and was able to pass her test after getting over the fears and trauma Sergio caused her. Sergio needs to be reported for his actions.
