And with my last visit to the 2023 Nutcracker show, it was nothing but splendid! The performance center itself is part of the Riverside Community College, so depending where you will park, you might get to walk around the campus. There also could be a flight of long stairs or just a flat walk towards the main entrance. Staff here are also really helpful and nice, and I'm sure they are the same for all the different shows they have here. Inside the auditorium, it reminds me of a large lecture hall: with those wooden, collapsable chairs...just felt like being in college again! Which was cool. The stage and its lighting system is amazing and the stage will be lit up just perfectly for any show. I really enjoy coming here and who knows, maybe I'll come back for another show!

The Theater is large with 1500 seats and a professional stage that I hear is about to get some major upgrades. It's obvious that a lot of effort has gone into making this storied stage something special. Simple concessions from a local club from campus were nice and just the right price. Tickets for into the woods was just $16.00 with a $5 discount for advanced purchase, an amazing bargain! Into The woods was fantastic, clever, and massively entertaining with a superb cast. The Sets and lighting crossed between professional and campy, just perfect for such a fun show.

The seats are comfortable, the views are solid, and the intimate setup of the venue makes this place quite immersive. Some of the productions are a bit hit-or-miss for me, but I really enjoy coming as the environment is pretty welcoming and they try to change up the schedule each year to accommodate to different age groups. RCP has snacks outside for sale and free coffee w/ a personal donation to the theatre group. I admire the resilience of this theatre and its staff as the Riverside Community Players have survived the COVID-19 pandemic, arson, and other challenges. Bravo!

This facility is easy to find as it located adjacent to UCR ARTS which is the photography exhibits space operated by the University of California, Riverside, featuring the photographs of student and preeminent photographers. As these two spaces are connected, you can easily pass from onto the other. In the forward space of the Barbara and Art Culver Center of the Arts they offer an ever-changing presentation of art created by UCR students and others. What I have found here is predominately interesting pieces of modern art. Modern, in that it's newly created, giving the people that frequently gallery, an penetrating look at the artistic influences that are currently being expressed Beyond the galley in the front, this center does showings of various works of cinema as well as other artistic presentation. This Center for the Arts is an important element to the greater Riverside Art Scene and collection of great museums. Overall, fun place to check out. You never know what new artwork you may discover. And/or what new artists you may find.

I was thrilled to learn that the center was associated with UCR's College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences. As a CHASS alum I couldn't miss out on seeing what was inside. I left a donation of five dollars and spent fifteen minutes admiring the current exhibition, a series of sculptures made out of various recycled plastics--and other materials, I'm sure. What a bright spot along the promenade this place will be for years to come! I'll be sure to check out future exhibitions--and they do film screenings here, too. What a great renovation to this classic building!

It's like no other dance studio in Riverside…read more I started off at the studio over 25 years ago as a young girl and there has always been something so special: The style of dance, the quality of instructors, the friendliness, and professionalism. I have always been proud to be at Bre Dance Studio. My favorite classes to take are adult jazz and ballet with Mr Cliff and Modern with Ro. I'm looking forward to trying adult tap soon! I get the environment and that's cool. It just seems too expensive and what I mean by that is some…read moreof the games end in .5 or .8 so you never really get an even amount when you buy your game pass. I get not all games are the same price which is perfectly fine however make it easy so when you buy a game card, you can use it all up or even add additional points at your leisure so you can use it all up in one setting. Instead, you have to go off the amount of points they're giving you so in retrospect you'll never use up that card in its entire entirety which means unused credits which intern means you will spend more money. I didn't have any food or drinks however, you couldn't really find people when you had a question about a game not working
