Waiting for the order to be delivered to Timonium store. 2+ weeks no call from store on its arrival or to pick it up. Only when I called the FL store for an update was I told that the Timonium store received the tile, partial order broken and had to be replaced; fine. But guess what, the Timonium store 'forgot' to place the order for the replacement. If I didn't call, how long before it would have been placed? They are only about the sale and let poor customer service continued to erode any loyalty. Ive seen this at other stores, and the number of negative reviews that continue to be posted here and Google, they are just getting by. Their Corporate Leadership should read through these and get off their a$$ and improve before they go out of business #Boycott.

The gloss is so even and sharp I'm afraid to even leave a fingerprint on it. The photo attached does not do justice. Of note, there are epoxy fumes as it dries for a couple of days so I'd recommend turning on the vent and sealing the door with a towel to air it all out. He also gives you a list of things not to clean the shiny bathtub with. Something your renters or family may need to know.

After 18 years, some of the trim started to yellow. I found some at the hardware store, but I couldn't find the trim for around the window. I called the corporate Bathfitters, and they said if I went to the local store (Centerville, OH), they could sell me the trim (even though they're not in the parts business). I went down, and the boss said they no longer make that trim. He gave me plenty of the new trim, free of charge. I am very pleased. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the initial price. But I would highly recommend them to anyone redoing a bathroom.
