We couldn't get an appt somewhere else but glad we found this place on Google Maps! What a fun place! Everyone is so happy, the Dr is super friendly! It's pet friendly here and I noticed they have nurses and nutritionists and people leave so much happier! Doesn't matter what age, everyone is welcome! Even babies! What a fun family vibe! Definitely coming back when we can! We got our x ray done and saw how our postures were so bad! Got a consultation, adjustment & roller bed massage! Plus, a good exercise tip for us to straighten our posture! Wow! (And we got to pet the cute Great Dane who just roams around and checks on everyone and gets free pets from everyone!) Thank you!

I'm sorry but I don't understand all the 5 star reviews and I'm sorry in advance that this is my…read moreworst Yelp review I have ever written. Dr. G? But the G stands for Goof. I had a 3pm appt. I was a previous patient but because of the time that went by I had to fill out a bunch of new paperwork (not a problem). After the 20 minutes it took to fill out the paperwork to then wait in line again to hand to the reception, I sat back and waited another 20 minutes by the reception because seats were limited and no one told me to go anywhere else. After minute 20, the receptionist came up to me and told me to go wait on the other side of the room so the chiropractors can see that I'm waiting for them.... The whole setup with 2 different sides is just dumb and confusing. 40 minutes in, someone finally came up to me (it was Dr. G) and he said are you ready to get adjusted... I said I'm here for a consultation I've been here 40 minutes... I wasn't sure why I was on the side to get an adjustment because I needed X-rays first. How could you adjust me when you haven't seen my X-rays first? Someone could have easily done that while I was waiting! He then said one moment and came back in 5 minutes and then just had me sit down to get adjusted because the X-ray technician was not available. At this point I was just letting it be. He finished the adjustment and said to schedule my next appointment and was getting rid of me quickly. I said I'm sorry to remind you again but I am here for a CONSULTATION and what I really came for was X-RAYS. After visibly being very annoyed and scoffing with me, he reluctantly brought me to the X-ray room and did them himself. Honestly, he seemed to have no idea what he was doing. I'm honestly scared for the amount of radiation I got from his 6 X-rays where he really was moving around very inexperienced. My "consultation" was absolutely ridiculous and I won't be back. I was going in for a new patient appointment which included X-rays and I had to fight him on giving them to me. I of course made sure to get his name because he hadn't said it this whole time. I then went to check out and the receptionist to pay said she had to see if my they take my insurance... I'm sorry what were you doing for the last hour after I checked in? They have free snacks and drinks in the lobby and I saw a family of 4 eat their dinner's worth and it was just gross to watch. I can tell from when I walked in this is a rotating machine of patients, they will not care about you it's like a sweatshop. I have been to so many amazing chiropractors and this one isn't it I'm sorry.

At most of the offices, a quick check-in online and head to the back, get adjusted and on your way. My account was flagged that I needed to update my paperwork but the system was buffering for about 10 minutes before I could update the massive amount of paperwork. This should be emailed on the anniversary of membership to be done prior to any visits. My wife checked in and the doctor made very little effort to alleviate the stiffness in her back. He cracked her neck which was not bothering her. That was a useless adjustment. After 20 minutes of paperwork, the doctor went over the paperwork again (he heard me complaining to the ladies that I was in a hurry) and then had me sign paperwork that I had just signed online. (He was just trying to slow down the process because he knew I was in a hurry) I explained to him that I was stretching and felt a pop on my right side by my ribs and had difficulty getting comfortable to sleep. He told me that I needed x-rays and that I tore something. I explained that I had already been seen by my primary care physician who checked it and told me that nothing caused him any concern to have x-rays. He physically examined me. The chiropractor had me do some stretches in front of him that I did with no issues. Then he told me that he was not able to do anything and "no charge" for a service that I pay a monthly fee for (and no they were not giving me a refund for the monthly bill)

Dr. G is the best!…read more I've been meaning to look for a chiropractor due to my back and poor posture. I had a thorough exam with Dr. G and he was very precise and to the point. During the X-ray, he told me I had mild scoliosis which I never knew. The thing I appreciate about Dr. G is that he'll do the adjustments a little bit each time. I can't imagine going through all those cracks and manipulation like the videos on social media. There's also a therapy room in the back for ice/heat treatment as well as a roller table. They also have an in-house massage therapist. Everyone is really friendly and I enjoy coming here for my sessions.

One of the treatments that really stood out was a unique form of electrical therapy. I was lying on the chiropractic table while Dr. Lim stood on an electrical conductive pad and used her hands to gently massage and treat specific areas of my body. As she worked, I could feel a mild tingling sensation exactly where she was applying pressure. It was unlike any therapy I've experienced before, and it was both relaxing and incredibly effective. I came in with hip pain, and after the treatment I noticed a significant improvement. Not only did my hip feel much better, but I also left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and energized. As a father of a very active two-year-old, having the energy to keep up with him is no small thing, and I genuinely felt a positive difference after my visit. Dr. Lim is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain the treatment and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. If you're looking for a chiropractor who provides personalized care and innovative treatment techniques, I highly recommend Dr. Lim.

I'd never consider giving up trying to find help for her, but have to admit that options had gotten slim in the past few years, and then I happened upon Dr.Lim's site and noted that she approached her chiropractic practice with an appreciation for the relationship between a person's nervous system and pain which immediately resonated with me. We live in the desert so it took awhile to make an appointment happen, but once there, my daughter and I were both calmed by Dr. Lim's relaxed demeanor and her willingness to listen fully to both of our concerns. I can tell when my daughter is comfortable with someone by the clarity of her speech, as the accident caused her to struggle with aphasia, especially when she isn't comfortable with where she's at or who is in her space. With Dr. Lim, my daughter spoke cleary and was able to communicate her health challenges pretty much on her own. Throughout the appointment Dr. Lim was patient and checked on my daughter's comfort throughout the various therapies and chiropractic she applied. When done, my daughter let it be known that she hoped to see Dr. Lim again soon. Back in the desert later that same evening, my daughter happily approached me and demonstrated that she was able to turn her head 180 degrees in both directions - something she'd been unable to accomplish for at least a few years. She also mentioned that her brain was clearer. All very appreciated. Dr. Lim is an outstanding and multi-skilled chiropractor. There aren't enough thank yous to express our appreciation.
