Stopped in to try this new location in our neighborhood. We picked up a Hell's Kitchen sandwich, an Everything bagel and a Wild Thyme bagel with honey walnut schmear. Accompanied them with some chips, and washed them down with a latte and an iced espresso. A note here: We came at noon--they close at 1pm and it's definitely better to get your bagels early. They make a batch for the day and when it's gone they close, like BBQ. Fortunately they still had the bagels we wanted. I got the Hell's Kitchen sandwich with American cheese and mayo on a salt bagel. It features all three of the breakfast meats--sausage, bacon, and sliced salt pork. It's an umami and salt bomb, in a very good way. The sandwich was quite thick but could be picked up and ate well, an achievement for a bagel sandwich. Most of the ones I've had slid apart due to the chewiness and density of bagels. Absolutely worth a try. All the bagels looked to have plenty of seasoning. The Everything bagel was densely covered with Everything, the poppy seed bagels were black with poppy, etc. They absolutely taste authentic, with great chewiness and flavor. As others mention, they are very generous with their schmear. It can be worth getting it on the side if you want to control the amount. We did this with the honey walnut schmear, and had plenty left to eat on toast. It was delicious--the honey did not overwhelm the cream cheese. The spread was great on toast too. They have a variety of coffees, so it's not necessary to go somewhere else for that. The coffees by themselves are fine, not worth picking over your favorite chain for a special trip but they get the job of accompanying bagels done. The store is bare, no decoration of any kind. There are four tables if you want to eat there, but the focus is takeout. The single restroom was also bare, but clean and ready. Service was fine. The focus is the bagel. And theirs is an excellent, authentic example. read more

I ordered an everything bagel with lox cream cheese schmear and a bagel dog with cheese and I got both toasted. Both tasted freshly made with a crispy outside and soft fluffy inside. Staff were very nice and helpful, they did not make me feel rushed and I did not have to wait long for my order. I scarfed both down and will definitely be back! I love that they open at 7 so I can go on my way to work. read more

I want to say I've been going to the one in woodlands so I was excited to see one opening opening up in my neck of the woods !! I'm from New York, and I know a good bagel when I see one and the ones from the Woodlands were good but the ones from spring are just not hitting it like the ones in the Woodlands do! The brooklyn bites are not as good and a lot smaller than the ones in the woodlands . I got two BB , not only did it take forever " 27 " minutes to be exact for two premade Brooklyn bites . They were not worth the wait . The " cream cheese " tasted like cottage cheese " yuck Be prepared to wait forever bagels that taste subpar ...and then after reading the remarks and comments, the owner left on other comments , he seems to NOT agree with !!! I went there this morning and ordered 2 blueberry sliced and toasted with light cream cheese . And 2 blueberry bagels just sliced. Gave her my name. We'll we wait 15 minutes and everyone was getting there order but me. So I looked at the bag that was sitting there with a different name, and it was my order . We got it and went to leave, but the order was wrong in side. Then, I gave me 2 sliced plain bagels and to the blueberry sliced but not toasted. I went back inside to let them know my order was wrong, and she gave me some attitude and just threw two sliced blueberry in the bag. Did not apologize or nothing. Unfortunately, when I got home is when I realized that none of the eagles were toasted. read more

My husband and i stopped on a weekday morning. We both had a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. One was on plain and the other on a sesame. I grew up next to a Jewish neighborhood these are not anything like them. These bagels have no chew. They must be steamed and not boiled. The girl at the counter was not friendly and we had to tell her the order three times. Then it came as a to go order and we were eating in. It was not a welcoming place. It only had 4 tables and a institutional feel to the place. I thought they were expensive too. So i say fuhgedaboudit this place. read more

I just don't understand the pricing. I guess they have a monopoly, or they don't have the scale, or they lack operational efficiency. Or they're just trying to rob everyone. Just moved here a couple months ago after 15 years in NYC. We're talking world-class bagel shops, charging $7 for a BEC (bacon egg & cheese) & maybe $4 for a bagel with cream cheese. The rent must be way cheaper here in Spring than NYC, so these prices are just mind boggling & kind of offensive. read more

One of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had in a long time. Will definitely be back. The bagel is out of this world. The staff were super sweet and helpful. I wish they had some to go hot sauce packets like Louisiana or franks but they did offer a little cup to take some of the Valentina salsa picante to go which was very much appreciated. Do yourself a favor and start your day here I juste ate the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. First when I walked in I was greeted by a super cool and helpful cashier who helped me figure out what would be best for what I was looking for. Food was ready super quick which was great since I was working, and just stopped by before starting the day. I ordered the jalapeño and cheese bagel, which was toasted to perfection, with their jersey meat which was a combo or sausage and bacon?, and cheddar. The meat looked like spam that was thinly sliced but I promise it was great. I received a 10% discount for being a first responder which was nice. The price ended up being $9.25 with the discount which was a little on the pricey side however it was worth every cent. I drove 45 minutes to get the place trying to find a descent New York style bagels. First off I was disappointed at the size of the bagels, I'm a full time RV'er and have purchased bagels throughout the country, I love bagels and they looked like little donuts. When I got back to my RV, looked in the bags and they shorted me 3 bagels. The bagels were ok but not worth going back to complain. The service was good but the guy can't count. read more

Tried this place for the first time today (Spring location) and was so excited as I love New York bagels with cream cheese. Ordered a cinnamon crunch with strawberry cream cheese. IT WAS TERRIBLE. The cream cheese was salty, no sweetness (it was pink, so i think it was strawberry cream cheese) at all and I kept getting hints of onion in the bites - not sure from the cream cheese or the bagel. I kept trying another bite to see if it would eventually get better, however, it only got worse. The lady taking my order was nice and the place is super cute but that's the only good thing I can say. read more
