Went in for lunch buffet. Overpriced at 11.99. Very small selection. I thought the quality would be really good since small and expensive. Not so, same quality as I have gotten at $8 buffet (with a much bigger selection) Sushi selection was poor, no salmon or tuna, I think one selection had fish and that was most likely Pollock. Had a late lunch at Fugaky in Plymouth with a friend today. The service was AWFUL. Our waitress seemed like she was overdue for a nap. Rather than greeting us at the front of the restaurant she pointed where she wanted us to sit. When she came to our table she only brought one menu, and clearly didn't want to make a second trip for another. The table top was chipped and cracked. I ordered sweet and sour chicken, which came out as a handful of breaded chicken tenders over a bed of pork fried chicken, splashed with their sweet and sour sauce. Their egg roll was awful even dipped in duck sauce which tasted like watered down applesauce . Our waitress never asked if we wanted anything during or after our meal. Not sure how this place is staying in business, but I won't be a repeat customer! read more

The portions are wonderful. recently had a family party at this restaurant and once again experienced terrible service. The woman that service the tables are downright rude and should be spoken to. It's unacceptable and uncomfortable when dealing with them. If I had any control over the tip she would have only received 10%. Due to the size of our party they added an 18% tip... Which was truly undeserved. I will think twice about going back and sitting in their dining room due to this service. Maybe I will use this place only as takeout. read more

The waitress we had was extremely rude. And I don't mean like she just didn't like us... She was extraordinarily rude to everyone. We left before even finishing our meal. Unbearable rudeness. Like blank stares and attitude. She even yelled at a customer making a complaint to the "manager." I ordered a spicy salmon roll. There were two tiny pieces of salmon in the roll. It was tempura breadcrumbs and the spicy mayo all mixed together. I have eaten sushi all my life and have never seen a roll filled with all breadcrumbs and mayo and two scraps of fish the size of my pinky nail. My fiancé went to bring it up to the manager and he was a jerk. The manager was also the sushi chef. I don't know if he was just being very cheap; maybe he's also the purchasing manager? Ok so I never am ususally bitchy about restaurants but this is an exception. Literally, Fuck Fugaky. Currently am trying not to puke/shit my pants. We got in and we were seated. No one came and helped us for like 15 minutes. Even though there was like no one there, but Jamison and I thought maybe someone quit since we are kind and understanding people. It's fine I don't mind waiting. Then we got our drinks and were ignored for another 15 minutes. Then my boyfriend got the buffet and the spare ribs tasted like bologna. His crab Rangoon was lumpy and tasted like gas. He obviously didn't finish. I had to wait to get a menu. Again. Got a tuna roll and a Philadelphia roll. My favorites. The tuna IS LITERALLY BROWN AND GREEN. It's hard to tell in this picture but it smelled...so bad. I ate the Philadelphia roll to be polite. (Bad mistake) but obviously didn't eat the tuna roll. When the waitress came back I let her know about the tuna. "Hey; I just wanted to let you know that I think the tuna is bad." She got the sushi chef who was rude. He tried to tell me I was wrong, it's just "BAD QUALITY FISH." He tried to tell me it was from the "heat of the rice" but literally anyone who has made sushi knows you always use cold rice. My rice was cold like it was in a fridge, as it usually is. He said that happens with all tuna (fake news because I get sushi once a week at other places and it's bright pink to red! First walked in and it looks nice. However, very poor service and over priced. The waitress was very rude and would give dirty looks frequently. Due to the fact that we were there 5 minutes before the lunch menu ended, they wouldn't let us order off the lunch menu. Most places will still let you order if it's before the lunch menu time ends.. We wanted sushi, big mistake. We ordered a spicy tuna roll and a shrimp tempura roll. It took over 20 minutes to get the 2 rolls we ordered. When it came the roll did not look like tuna, it looked more like salmon (I get sushi at least once a week I know the difference). When you took a bite there was more panko in the roll than anything else. NOT worth $7.50!! The shrimp tempura roll was fine but still over priced. Then it took a very long time to get the check. They threw fortune cookies at us and upon open we noticed there was mold on them. Would not recommend unless you wanna overpay of food poisoning. read more

I was there a good 10 minutes (probably more like 15) before a different waiter came to tell me they didn't have asparagus that day. I ordered a different dish. It came, but no rice. Rice was extra. I had an extra egg roll to take home; just unpacking it and there's NO sauce, no nothing. This is especially annoying because I don't keep duck sauce at home. Delicious Chinese food. My personal favorite is pork egg foo yung, but I haven't sampled any dish that I didn't like. The only disappointment were the egg rolls, which I found somewhat bland, with vegetables that were less al dente than I prefer. This was more than made up for by the salt and pepper chicken, beef with broccoli, kung pao chicken and many other dishes that I have ordered, all of which were delicious. I eat here on a regular basis. The food is always very delicious, and the service is quite fast, even when they are busy. It does take a while for the staff to warm up to you, but after frequent visits they are quite friendly. The buffet is the only one I know of in the immediate area (the next closest one is probably The Red Apple in Concord) and it is usually well-stocked, except when it gets close to the end. Finally, the drinks are always tasty and just a little stronger than you'd expect, which is not a complaint by any means. I've never felt compelled to leave a review, especially a bad one. But man, oh man. I just got home after eating there with my fiance for a quick lunch. Every employee, whether clocked in or out, was in front of the television, and our waitress was not very pleased to have to work. She barely said anything to us at all, didn't even feign a smile, and avoided us at all cost. I ordered wonton soup and chow foon noodles, and fiance ordered edamame and a spider roll. The wontons in the soup has (literally) a quarter ounce of meat in each of the two, and the main course had not the slightest hint of flavor. I told the waitress and she went to the owner by the television, had a loud back and forth, and he came to the table. He proceeded to tell me that, paraphrasing for time, I didnt know how to taste it because I'm white. I told him it tasted like I was eating water. I also tried to let him know that I'm a chef, and consider my palate pretty well advanced. The edamame was undercooked as well, and my Sprite was filled with water halfway through the glass.
