I found this place earlier in the year and was very intimidated to reach out, but I don't regret it at all. When I finally decided to pull the trigger, I was greeted by Victor, who was immediately so kind and welcoming! Everyone here, whether they are a trainer or trainee, is so kind! He's incredibly attentive during our sessions, correcting my form and pushing my goals each week. I'm a competitive person, and I thrive off challenges and raising the bar. I feel super comfortable with Braedon, knowing he will challenge me in a safe and supportive way. My goals with TWD have been to gain weight and gain muscle, and for the first time in my life I actually see and feel the results of my hard work. One of the many perks of working with a trainer is having someone to hold you accountable and help guide you with both the workouts and the nutrition. I've struggled with my own fitness journey throughout my life mostly because I travel so much for work, and I don't have a consistent schedule. Braedon works with me and my hectic schedule regardless if I'm home or on the road. If you're considering getting a personal trainer, I cannot recommend Train With Dave enough. Braedon is incredible, but truly all of the trainers there are amazing. You'll be so grateful if you decide to come to TWD.

The combination of in-person accountability, tracking my workouts and food in the app, and Dom's constant encouragement (yes, even texting me on weekends to remind me to stay on track!) has made all the difference. In about 5 months, I've lost 20 pounds and gained back muscle I'd been missing for years. As I get closer to 40, it was really important for me to rebuild strength for long-term health -- and Dom has helped me do exactly that. The 6 AM sessions are perfect for my schedule, and having others there training alongside me keeps me motivated. If you need structure, accountability, and results, this is the place to go.

Thats Exceed. Their wide array of combo racks, never having to wait for an availability or even on a busy day, we're all encouraged to share a rack which is beautiful to see. The main perks of a powerlifting gym are all here: 24 hour access, multiple combo racks available for your SBD needs, and likeminded clientele that just want to lift. This means it's almost always easy to get a lift in even during peak hours, which is diluted more than the usual commercial gyms because of the 24 hour access. The equipment for accessories aren't lacking either, with the owner Henry continuously procuring new machines or attachments since I've been here for a year now. Just about every month or so, something gets rearranged or added to the gym floor and it's great to see membership dues going back to the gym. The only caveat to the 24 hour access are when the gym hosts powerlifting competitions, which isn't frequent but something to plan around as I believe currently, members are unable to lift during these events unless they're competing since the floor space isn't large enough to accommodate everyone. Good trade off though considering the gym isn't closed for the entirety of the day unlike other gyms on holidays. Easy recommendation, love to see this gym's growth every month

From the first time I walked in to get more information from Francis, everything was straightforward, honest, and no-nonsense. It's a solid space to work out without pressure. The recent expansion has added another level of real functionality and appeal, making the space even better. You get high-quality equipment, a clean and well-designed space, and great coaching without paying for hype or trends. It feels like a smart investment if you're serious about training. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and non-judgmental--people of all levels are there to work out, and it's easy to feel comfortable whether you're new or experienced. Personal training with Francis has also been great. He's knowledgeable, has a good sense of humor, and makes sessions enjoyable while helping you see real progress. I'd highly recommend Axioms to anyone looking for a clean, functional gym with great equipment, fair pricing, and an inclusive, down-to-earth environment.

The classes are high-intensity and challenging, but they're structured in a way that works for all fitness levels. I work a 9-5 job, and it's usually hard to find motivation after a long day, but GRND makes it easy. You can even attend on your lunch breaks during the 12:15PM class! The class times fit perfectly into my schedule, and I actually look forward to going instead of forcing myself. After years of going to commercial gyms, I stayed pretty consistent; however, I wasn't seeing the results I wanted. Since working out at GRND, I've definitely seen changes in my body! I'd been eyeing this gym since March but was too shy and honestly a little nervous to pull the trigger. I'm so glad I finally did. When I say I've tried everything, I mean it: Weight Watchers, Herbalife, body wraps from "It Works," personal trainers (multiple times), 24 Hour Fitness, Gold's, Chuze, Orangetheory... you name it. I was also kickboxing 2-3 hours a day and dancing regularly -- but still wasn't gaining the strength or seeing the results I wanted. For years, people told me I needed to lift heavy weights. But even with gym memberships and trainers, I felt overwhelmed and lost. That changed when I finally booked a meeting with one of the owners, Richard. And let me tell you -- I felt seen. He listened to my goals, understood why my current routine wasn't working (kickboxing, OTF, and Gold's included), and laid out a clear plan tailored to me. My goals: * Build strength * Lift heavy * Prep for two showcases this year * Start training for competition Richard showed me how I was overtraining (too much cardio, not enough rest) and helped me refocus my time and energy. Now I'm working out less, with more intention -- and finally seeing results. So I signed up for the unlimited membership. And here we are -- nearly two months in, and I'm seeing progress I hadn't seen in years. Is it out of my comfort zone? Absolutely. But the community and instructors have made all the difference. The facility is gorgeous, clean, and right up my alley aesthetically. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly Here's a quick shout-out to the amazing instructors I've worked with so far: Art - He will challenge you. He will push you. No BS -- he knows what he's doing. He pays close attention to form and demands the best from you because he wants you to get that pump! His attention to detail and deep knowledge really shine. Richard - Super motivating with a strong presence. He gives great feedback on form and always knows how to push you. Don't be surprised if he adds weight or resistance when you least expect it -- he's not letting you coast. Dulce - I absolutely adore her classes. Her voice, teaching style, and overall vibe are perfect for someone like me -- shy and introverted. She's patient, checks in often, and really makes sure things click if you're struggling. Joseph - Humble, inspirational, and so patient -- even while sneakily adding more weight to push your limits. I really appreciate his calm energy and the way he adapts to different learning styles. Kaitlyn - Mighty and feisty! She's kind before class, but once it starts -- no mercy. She will absolutely make you work, and then some. Mark - Super encouraging and positive. He makes it easy to ask questions -- especially helpful for a newbie like me. He creates a safe space to learn and grow. If you're on the fence about trying this place -- let me just say, if I can do it, so can you. It's worth every drop of sweat. The intimidation fades fast once you meet the staff and community. Truly one of the best decisions I've made for myself.
