They took my car back minutes after I arrived, which has never been my experience anywhere else, and diagnosed & took care of the problem my normal service center couldn't within an hour. While there, I asked for a quote for tires, as I knew my front two were on their last legs, I had been planning to replace them next when the mechanical issue arose. I then blew a tire just a few hours after leaving, and my spare was already on - I called them while waiting on my tow home, they recommended me someone to tow it back (who showed up exactly when they said they would) got the tires there by the next morning and had it done before end of day. Prices were very reasonable for the work. I drive a car with 200k+ miles on it that's over 15 years old - car issues are incredibly stressful for someone on a single income with a paid-for car who can't feasibly do a car payment at this time, particularly in a place that's harder to get around on public transportation than more urban areas. I appreciate Walls more than I can say for being so helpful and making a super stressful situation so much easier, and am sold on them for my maintenance here on out.

Used to be a place in Dover I used to take my vehicles in for repair. The two previous owners used to not charge for a diagnosis and if they couldn't fix it they didn't charge. Not the case with the new owner. Hadn't been to Walls in a few years. Mainly because of the distance from my house. The previous times there they did good work at a fair price. Got a check engine light on my RAV4. They hooked it up to their computer and it came back as an air valve issue. They replaced the valve and ran the vehicle and the light returned. Thinking it's a computer issue which they couldn't fix. Long story short they didn't charge anything because they couldn't fix it. That's what wins you longtime customers and writing this review to highly recommended them!

I was able to make my doctors's appointment, but found my rear left tire in need of air. I drove a short distance to a gas station only to find a nail in the tire. I immediately got online to find a tire repair business. Fortunately Hitchens Tire Service was very close by. I called and they could repair the tire right away. The personnel there were very kind, courteous, and efficient. The cost of the repair (tire patch) was extremely reasonable, and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Gary drove up to the hotel we were staying at picked us up and took us to the holding yard to finish getting the last items out of our wrecked car. Their trucks and holding yard were spotless. Gary was great to us from the moment we met him on the side of RT 9. We have told a lot of people how good he was to us and every person say oh yeah Gary is an awesome person. The Mayor even told us that Gary is a wonderful person and their towing company is great also,heck the police officer told us the night of the accident that our car would be taken care of well being towed to their yard. I knew the guy misunderstood what I told him, so he laughed at me. He hung up on me when I was handing the phone to my husband. When my husband called back, it was a completely different story "Oh, you have insurance ? No problem". If you want to earn or keep a customer - a) don't laugh or hang up on them b) treat them with a little respect c) people write reviews that will be seen by a LOT of other people.
