Apparently it the owner's daughter...no other employee would keep their job treating customers this way otherwise. Purchased a trailer took them 6 weeks to send the title. "Got lost in the mail" and now it's my problem. I paid for the trailer with title, not my issue that they use USPS and not a reliable shipper for important documentation. They provided a tracking number that shows delivery was never attempted, yet still my problem. This was my second trailer I purchased from them...never again. Go elsewhere of you don't like them treating you like dirt when you're a repeat customer after they have your money. Owner is supposed to call me, I'll update if and when that happens. I don't lose things, and this was the only time my truck would have been vulnerable to have anything taken with me not around. I politely confronted the new owner, who called in their mechanic, who remembered my truck from the week before, and he denied any knowledge of my JBL headphones. I politely left and would not recommend their business ever again, and I have a big rolodex. The headphones cost more than the job they did.
