I ordered a cup of tomato bisque, which was decent, and a trio of sides for my main course: the Boursin orzo, Brussels sprouts, and pecan green beans. The orzo was pretty tasty, and the Brussels sprouts were quite nice with dried cherries mixed in. Both leaned a bit too salty but not terribly so. The green beans were a total miss: no flavor and arrived room temperature. The server ensured I wasn't charged for them. To drink, I ordered an ube piña colada (which was not strong but was tasty) and a glass of house white. My total for soup, two sides, one cocktail, and one glass of wine was nearly $80 with the 20% automatic large party gratuity included. I don't mind the tip inclusion, but I feel like I paid a hefty amount for food that didn't match the price tag. I'll also note that they have introduced a surcharge for paying by credit card. We ordered the Tide Perfect Mai Tai & Elderflower Smash which the Mai Tai tasted like a sex in the beach on the fruity side and the Elderflower was more sweet & sour. Highly recommend if you are staying at the hotel or coming to the beach!
