The owner of this place is very rude, very unprofessional!!! I had to place an order for my daughter's uniforms, her dad went to pick them up today with my daughter and this lady ( if we should call her that ) had the nerve to say " wow a size 20 " infront of my daughter!!! This is a grown ass women, who should never ever say something rude infront of a child. If she can't handle the pressure of back to school maybe she doesn't need to be in this type of field! Because thanks to US as parents she has a business going!!! She is lucky her dad was there and not me, I would have gone off and wouldn't be nice. Cool jersey's made in China but buyer beware... youth sizes do not correspond to normal youth sizes. we ordered a custom kit for our 8 year old son who is a youth small. the jersey we got fit our 12 year old who is a large. when contacting customer service they explained that they deliver exact to the customer's specifications and referred me to the size guide. cool jerseys, but deceptive. my first and last time using this store read more

I don't know how and why this uniform place is still in business. The reviews written about this place is consistent. The owner's name is Martha and she is mean, rude, and very unprofessional. I placed an order last year and I never received it. She would make inappropriate and unnecessary comments about customers. Unfortunately my daughter's school require uniforms from this sorry place. Worst customer service ever Went in to get my daughters name added to her school sweaters and jackets I had previously purchased from this place which now I regret even buying from here spent over $400 went in and I explained to them what I needed and they agreed to add her name but I also needed PE uniforms which I was trying on my daughter and this lady Martha couldn't even say excuse me when she walked by me and almost bumped into me I tried the shorts on my daughter and horrible quality very thin and see through as I answered a call she (Martha)approached my stroller where I had the stuff I was going to buy and the stuff I had previously purchased she grabbed all my stuff off my stroller and screamed "Alguien dele una canasta" "quien la está atendiendo" mind you i was still on the phone I told her that's my stuff so please don't grab my stuff she then said you can't come in here with merchandise I said how am I supposed to know this when I spoke to them and no one said anything and I was there to add the name on the stuff she then took my previously purchased items to the register and said when ur ready to pay the other stuff I will give you ur stuff back now idk who this lady thinks she is but I don't tolerate people being rude specially when I'm paying for a service I told her give me my stuff I did say much more That I can't but on here I told her how rude and arrogant she is and I proceeded to leave I rather pay more for better quality stuff and better customer service this lady is rude arrogant and just miserable Wish I could have done more before walking out but I can't afford to go to jail read more

My experience with this place was the worst! The lady who helped me I believe her name was Martha, told another worker to get my daughter the next size up because she's a "Gordita". When I went to pay Martha was so rude to the young man that was working I felt so bad for him. Not only did she make a comment about my daughter, she was also making comments about the young man and laughing. I wish I didn't have to use this place but unfortunately my daughter school uses them. Martha has the worst attitude she's lucky we were at the school because I would've cussed her out!!!! This place is great! Been going here for years! The owner Martha is down to earth and very helpful! Some people might be intimidated by her personality but once you get to know her and talk it's all good. My kind of place for sure! They got everything I needed here and in my neighborhood too! I do my best to support small businesses in this area to keep the big guys out! I always recommend this place to everyone so when I saw the low rating I was like....WHAT?! This is one stop shop for everything you need for your child's uniforms. The school gave me two locations to where I can select uniforms and this place has everything! The location is kind of in a weird place and it sneaks up on you while driving. However, it's definitely worth going in. This is actually my second time in and I spoke up a conversation with the owner. Very down to earth and I found out FSC uniforms is a family owned business which makes me want to shop here even more. read more

I'm all up to supporting small Hispanic family owned business; but the lady (owner) is the rudest person ever. She just gives a nasty attitude knowing she is doing business with you. My daughter's school request to buys the uniforms from here... But definitely gonna shop around and take my money somewhere else. She also complain to me while ringing me up about how some of her employees were missing that she was short staff, my look was blank and her reply was "oh I know you don't care".... I have never been so disrespected as I was at this place. I had no choice but to come here because my daughter's school required us to come here to buy our uniform! First of all, the place is a mess and filthy! The owner was mistreating and humiliating her worker because she couldn't find a size for me. The prizes labeled are off and it seems as if the owner really hates her own business. (I don't know if it's even the owner but her name was Martha). I later on called to order a sweater liked she asked me to because they didn't have her size and she was the most unprofessional person I have ever heard on the phone! Screaming and ranting that she wouldn't embroider a sweater if I bought it off somewhere else, even though they provide that service at a rate! She cussed at me because I mentioned that I was an entrepreneur and would not dream of screaming at my customers. Anyway!
