What are you looking for?" No welcome, no courtesy, no basic customer service. I believe the person was the owner, an older bald gentleman. I asked for women's pants, and apparently there are basically zero options for women. He went to the back, grabbed one pair, and said, "Here, this is all we got." That was it. Nothing displayed, no options to browse, and absolutely no effort to help. It's honestly impressive how quickly a business can lose a potential customer. People walk into stores because they want to spend their money not because they're asking for a favor. If you're going to run a retail business, basic respect and customer service should be a given. I left with my money still in my pocket, and based on this experience, I have no reason to come back

I paid the sets left no issues wasn't until i came back same day to return the regular set what threw me off first was that for refunds you cannot use the card you used at first to pay. Odd. Never heard of that anywhere. They forced to use a credit card to return the payment. What if i didn't have a credit card at all??? I was then forced to use my husband's credit card. I have yet to receive any refund from the set I returned. Going to call tomorrow if nothing is done im going to dispute the payment with the bank.
